Company is Charging My Credit Card But Not Providing Service
I've been a client for over a year and suddenly they stopped servicing my account. When I look at my account online it shows they processed my monthly payment, yet I've sent them 3 emails and 2 chats over the past 2 weeks and have received zero response.

Dear H.C, one of our support agents gave birth prematurely and we have had toplay catch-up finding and hiring another while being flooded with emails, a real struggle.
Luckily by now she has learned all the procedures so she can fully assist any concern.
(the mom and her newborn are well too :) )
We have been serving you for a year and I am 100% sure we can continue to do so and keep you happy.
Would you mind sending us an email at ceo@hashtagfox.com, so that we can find a way to solve the problem and refund the payments? From this platform we can only see two letters of your name and surname and that isn't very helpful in retrieving data from our database to contact you.

I got this tool for my marketing agency and my employees love it. We have many clients who ask us which hashtags to use in their posts, we used to do all the research by hand with excel. Now we can put the keywords we are interested in, in the search bar of the tool and create the right collections for each client.

I can tell you many reasons why you should use this product but it would take me too much time, so let me tell you only 3:
