Vlug geantwoord op mijn vragen en alles correct in orde gemaakt.

In eerste instantie lukte het maar niet om de foto's van de aankoopfactuur en het serienummer op de cashbacksite in te sturen. Na enkele telefoontjes met Bosch kreeg ik contact met Robin. Zijn heeft er verder voor gezorgd dat de 75 euro van de cashbackactie binnen 3 dagen op mijn bankrekening stonden.

Zeer prettige ervaring waarin Hashting een passende oplossing heeft geboden.
De communicatie was prettig en snel.

cashback werkte niet via officiële site, deze mensen hebben het direct opgelost.

I wouldn’t use this company again , payments take for ever and the customer service is non existent. It’s not worth the hassle, there are other things you can do. Not recommended

Het probleem is snel en vriendelijk verholpen.

Het bedrijf Hashting Solutions heeft mij uitermate goed geholpen om de helft van het aankoopbedrag van de Nescafé Dolce Gusto Genio S terug te ontvangen.
Ik ben hier dus héél tevreden over, zonder hun was dit niet gelukt.

Wij hadden in een actieperiode een Siemens wasdroger gekocht met een cash-back actie. Door late levering en plaatsing was de actie bij Siemens al verlopen en konden we de rebate nietbclaimen via de site van Siemens.

Siemens klantenservice, chatbot, mail.....hoofdpijndossier.

Tot ik het telefoonnummer van Hashting Solutions kreeg. Ik ben vlot, aardig en professioneel geholpen en had binnen 2 werkdagen het geld op mijn rekening

Attention à cette société qui promet des cash back, j’ai acheté un gaufrier et des plaques complémentaires pensant récupérer un peu d’argent, mais ils ne remboursent rien, bien qu’ayant envoyé plusieurs mail ils soutiennent avoir versé l’argent, ce sont des menteurs et une grosse arnaque

Really smooth experience with Hashting. First time doing a digital cashback, I'm used to the printed coupons. The process was clear, after reading the details of the promotion on the general page, I had the option to receive my unique cashback link via text or WhatsApp and I reveived it instantly. I didn’t have time to complete everything right away, but I was able to come back later and continue without any hassle. The steps were clear and the whole process felt quick and easy. Definitely going to use this service more!

Wat fijn als er een klantenservice is die je nog echte service biedt en zonder nonsense je ook verder op weg helpt en je ontzorgd.

We kregen binnen enkele dagen een duidelijke reactie na een vraag via mailbericht. En vervolgens werd de gedane toezegging (uitbetaling korting) direct nagekomen.

At least four times I have emailed asking for my £5.75 refund for Strongbow Strawberry Cider purchase. I had one reply saying it had been paid into my PayPal account but I have sent proof that it has not. Very disappointed and angry. Don’t use.

Had an issue with pizza cashback, as when I tried to to upload receipt it said that promotion had finished.

But luckily after getting in touch with the customer service it was resolved.

As below, bought an expensive Crosta and Mollica pizza to try on the promise of a receiving most of the money back. When you try to claim they announce the promotion is ended, feels like a dirty trick and left a bad taste in the mouth. Also alienated me a bit from the brand they are supposed to be promoting.
