Very easy and good quality ring , and customer service is excellent

Vincent was brilliant. He made both the rings I wanted, kept me updated with photos of work in progress and they were delivered securely and quickly. He was knowledgeable, patient and I would thoroughly recommend him and his beautiful jewellery; future heirlooms have been carefully made and the rings are absolutely stunning. I would not use anyone else.

Vincent made the whole process from making an appointment to selecting the gem, ring type and then size adjustment easy to arrange. He explained the process, different gem types and has good knowledge and experience. I was able to select the exact gem to be used and they complete the work in house. That's important to me as I know the work will be of good quality, with friendly, experienced and helpful staff. The ring turned out more beautiful than I imagined. I am really pleased with the end product, my new fiance loves it too. I wanted something a little different and I am grateful for Vincent's advice around the perfect ring. I'll definitely be returning for the wedding bands.

Vincent was excellent throughout the process, providing all the insight I needed to create a lovely ring, which my other half loved.

I’d like to thank Vincent for being patient helpful and as friendly as possible throughout the entire process. I wanted an engagement ring and had a good idea what I wanted but needed some help choosing a diamond. Vincent went through everything I needed to know and then sourced the diamond. When I saw the finished product I was so happy and more importantly, my now fiancé, is blown away with it. I have had to go back twice to get it resized and it has not been a problem for Vincent and his team. I will be recommending Vincent to anyone who asks.

Vince is a top guy and dealt with my unusual bespoke piece very very well! Exceeded my expectations ten fold. He’s a good laugh and knows how to project your jewellery visions into reality no matter how obscure or intricate they are! Vincent helped recreate a ring of huge sentimental value (a replacement for one i had lost). He spent lots of time going through the design, size of diamonds, and fit etc to make sure it was perfect. He & his team really went above and beyond to help make a beautiful piece of jewellery. It took a few iterations, and he was really patient and truly wanted to get it spot on for me. I really trust him & think he's a very reliable and honest jeweller.

We visited HattonGardenJeweller to buy wedding bands for my partner and I. Vincent is very friendly and knowledgeable, explaining the different metals and ring types and allowing us to try them all on. When we came to a decision, the price was much more reasonable than other shops on Hatton Garden and high street jewellers too. Vincent also re-sized and polished my partner's engagement ring for free. Our rings were ready to pick up less than 3 weeks later.

Once satisfied and with a little further persuasion, we then processed to purchase my diamond earrings online. The process was extremely easy, smooth and my earrings arrived by post 2 days later. Amazing!!

I am thrilled and extremely pleased with my purchase and have received many compliments - its must be said the lab grown diamonds look exactly like those mined but at a faction of the cost!!
