Daily Direct HAULBIKES Avaliações

Excellent communication and bike was delivered in the same condition it shipped.

Very happy with the service, I definitely plan on using them again, definitely five stars...

Order Number P308710. I contracted HaulBikes on 06/12/2026 to transport a ducati motorcycle from Peak Off Road dealership, NY to Rio Rancho NM. The motorcycle was picked up on 07/13/2026, and the company stated that delivery would occur within approximately 07/31/2026, the motorcycle has still not been delivered as of 9/22/2026. During this period, HaulBikes has missed four confirmed delivery dates and has repeatedly provided new explanations without resolving the delay. Communication has been inconsistent, and the ongoing lack of follow-through has caused significant inconvenience and frustration. When the bike was finally delivered, the delivery driver was very professional and helpful and was the only good part of this experience

The delivery was flawless. Although it took a while to receive bike (5 weeks). I have used Haulbikes to ship several bikes before across country and never had a problem as long as you realize you won’t get your bike right away. I’m ok with that, the cost to move bike is very reasonable and all bikes that have been moved by them arrive just like they were picked up, not a scratch. Andrea did a good job on updates and William was the driver who was professional when unloading bike.

I trusted this service to deliver my bike safely. I was expecting it to take less time but I understand why it did take a while. Will use again

The shipping itself was excellent- no damage appeared to be perfect. The pickup was pretty odd- got several pickup dates that seemed to be nothing as they were just rescheduled and missed again. The person you picked it up from missed his vacation to see his sine who moved to Hawaii- and took so long to pick up he won’t be able to do it this year. Seems odd because I’ve heard how professional haul bikes were. I would use haul bikes again- but wouldn’t plan on any of the times being accurate.

I've used Daily Direct Haulbikes nearly 10 times. I've always been impressed by their value for money, professionalism, and timeliness. All other vehicle shippers pale by comparison.

The people that took the orders and the drivers were GREAT. However, someone lost my keys to my motorcycle in transit. Fortunately, the driver had video of the bike (attached the keys to the bars) and so did we. Haulbikes has promised to replace the keys so if they do, I would give them a FIVE, but right now I can't.

Great price, always keeping you up to date on the motorcycle.

Great job taking care of our two bikes and getting them to us safely

What a joke of a transport company. These clowns said my bike would be picked up and delivered by the end of September. I started the process in mid August. Now these clowns are saying my bike won't even be picked up until Sept. 28-30 Will never use this joke of a company again. Prices are too good to be true for a reason. So many good transport companies out there that could have had my bike here within a week. F these clowns. Stay away from this BS company.

I had a very narrow window for delivery due to other unexpected appointments. I explained the situation to the driver and he made it work. The driver pushed the bike to the exact delivery area. Excellent service.

This company is cheaper then most, you have to pay attention to you order personally but the drivers are good perfesional and quick, bike was delivered half a month early by the nicest driver

HaulBikes did a great job, fast, honest, reliable. No damage to either of my motorcycles, and both of the drivers for the pickup and drop off were great, they were obsessed with bikes just like me!

A busy time for them, yet still provided excellent service as usual. Used them multiple times.

Very friendly folks. Seems like a reasonable price to me. Took care during shipping. Truck driver was really helpful and knowlegeable. Definitely would use again.

Easy to work with. Unfortunately, they didn’t put our bike in transport mode. We called the shipping point who said they clearly detailed how this needed to be done. It arrived with a completely dead battery.

I signed up with Crystal, who is very nice, and got an excellent price. Bike was delivered in the time alotted, 37 days from pick up, but we accounted for as many as 45 days because I live in a not so well traveled area.
So I'm very happy with the time.

Keith the driver is excellent and helpful. Great guy and seemed to really care everything was right and very sociable too. Customer satisfaction was clearly seen. I'd definitely do business again with Haul bikes. They were quicker than the last shipper and by far more cooperative.

I would very highly recommend Haul bikes because motorcycles are what they do!

Their service was performed as we negotiated.
