Sabrina and Enrico helped us have an AMAZING trip in Tulum. We were a group of 24 and they helped us with everything we needed. They were incredibly communicative with us leading up to the trip, as well as while we were there. The villa (Hacienda Caracol) was stunning, the staff was amazing, and the chefs were superb. Levi, the villa manager, helped us promptly with every request we had (there was a local Aperol shortage and he somehow managed to procure 3 bottles for us!!) The chefs, Carlos and DiDi, cooked delicious food, helped us with drinks and snacks, and generously cleaned up after us. We cannot emphasize enough how much we’d recommend using Haute Rentals for your trip!!

Sabina and Haute Retreats ensured our vacation in Zermatt was exceptional. The chalet Shalimar (Chateau Alex) easily accommodated our family of 11 with all six-rooms ensuite, providing incredible views of the Matterhorn. The children enjoyed the indoor pool, massages and sauna, all within our beautiful chalet. Haute Retreats and staff at Bramble Ski ensured we had wonderful lunch and dinner reservations, as well as ski passes and pre-registered ski rentals. Not a detail was missed. Thank you for really creating a special holiday for our family! I would highly recommend...

This place is magical!
First off the house is stunning, the property is amazing and so accommodating for large parties. We had 21 people and it fit us all perfectly and they brought us cribs and all the things we needed. We had added a personal chef to our reservation and she was fantastic. The host was great and they also helped us plan excursions for placed near us and made bookings for wine tours, food tours etc. Monica and Elizabeth were great and Chef Orietta, and our pizziera Flavio were so great! Highly recommend this place as its only about 40 min drive from Florence and only 30 mins from Sienna ans San Gimignano. If you want to feel relaxed stay here! You won't regret it!

Our experience with Haute Retreats this summer was simply the best! Sabrina provided excellent, professional and caring service and was always available to answer questions quickly - even across several time zones. Her expertise in finding the perfect villa in Tuscany for our family vacation and patiently assisting us with other hotel reservations, sending us valuable destination information and recommendations made for an unforgettable vacation. Sabrina’s care and guidance were very much appreciated and I would not hesitate to call on her and Haute Retreats in the future.

We booked a villa in Italy through Haute Retreats but this review is not about that villa (which was excellent) but this review is about the people behind the scenes who run Haute.

I was constantly impressed by the availability, patience, knowledge and contacts they had. Every question I had was answered timely, with deep knowledge, and constant patience.

In the middle of our trip we had a relatively large emergency with the family and Sabrina was instrumental in helping us get through as painless and quickly as possible. She didn't need to do that, but was coordinating across a few people and coming up with ideas to get us what we needed quickly so we could enjoy the trip. She has earned my respect and appreciation and this is a company that I will continue to go to when I plan my next trip, and the trip after that . . . .

A 50th Birthday Celebration Beyond Imagination

To celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday, I booked Villa Tulumar for her, her incredible mother, and 11 of her closest, most amazing friends. But let me be clear we didn’t just book a villa, we booked an experience.

From the moment they arrived, it was pure magic. The photos on the website, while beautiful, don’t come close to capturing the true essence of Villa Tulumar. The property is breathtaking, but what truly sets it apart is the team behind it. Sabrina with Haute Retreat, Kathryn and her staff delivered a flawless, five-star experience from beginning to end.

I had planned a full itinerary for the week, and Kathryn executed it with absolute perfection. From coordinating a private massage therapist, yoga instructor, and sound bath healer to arranging a luxurious spa and shopping day in Tulum every detail was handled seamlessly. They even hosted an unforgettable cooking class and culinary demonstration with the villa’s extraordinary chef.

And let’s talk about the food my wife described it as Michelin-star quality every single day. Fresh, vibrant, and clearly crafted with love it felt like the ingredients were picked straight from a garden out back.

This was more than just a trip. It was a soul-nourishing experience, filled with laughter, connection, healing, and joy. Every woman on the trip left feeling renewed from head to toe. If there were 10 stars to give, the team at Villa Tulumar would earn every single one.

We will absolutely be back. Thank you for helping create memories that will last a lifetime.

Sabrina from Haute Retreats is the best I have ever worked with when renting a villa. Honestly the best customer service experience I have had in years. I was looking for a villa to rent for my husband’s 40th birthday in Lake Como, off season. After already stating the location, I found this much more difficult than I expected, as many villas close in the off season. I had fallen in love with Villa Camilla online and to my dismay was told by other websites that it was closed—full stop. When I reached out to haute retreats I was almost at my breaking point and about to change the location of the birthday. Sabrina also told me that the villa was closed but she could help me find other options and started to send me many options that could work for me, but unfortunately they were outside of Como. At the same time she was contacting the owners of Villa Camilla to see if there was any possibility they would open, unaware to me. To my surprise, a couple days later she gave me the best news—that they would open for us! She went super above and beyond and helped me with so many other requests while transitioning to the house manager taking over. This started our journey in such good energy and it got even better and better as every single person working in the house is amazing. They house manager Lolanda was an angel, the house chef made the best lasagna I’ve ever had (and gluten free specific for me as I have an intolerance)! The staff working in the house always had a smile. Everything was really just perfect. My husband had the best birthday possible! All of the people in the house and the process of renting the house made a huge impact on making that possible. Thank you so much for making this milestone memory so special for us!! We can’t wait to come back to Villa Camilla one day :).

I am not very good at writing reviews, but I could not let this amazing experience with Sabrina go unrecognized.
We were looking for a villa in Tuscany, and being from California had no good point of reference or place to start. By the time I found Sabrina, I was frustrated and overwhelmed. She literally came in and saved the day! Sabrina was responsive, helpful, and honest. When I told her what we were looking for in a villa she found the perfect one for our group. It was literally out of a dream, and exceeded all of our expectations. We cannot wait to go back!! Not only that but she made herself available for help with excursions, dining, and any additional needs we might have as a group.
I will definitely trust Sabrina again and use her services. She is truly amazing, professional, and goes above and beyond to help her clients.

We had the most memoriable experience at Villa Teresa in Tuscany. The surroundings were absolutely stunning, with picturesque views of Montepulciano that took our breath away.
The villa itself was perfect for our family of 8, but it can sleep 12 offering spacious and comfortable accommodations. The indoor pool was perfect for the grandchildren and the hammam was used by all.
What truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible staff - their hospitality and attentiveness were second to none. From the booking with Sabrina , the welcome at the villa by Tanjot with Prosecco and treats to all the help throughout our stay by Natasha who cooked us breakfast everyday and helped with dinner reservations, babysitting ,cooking classes and chef's dinners with Andrea etc etc I can go on forever! This villa is a hidden gem in the heart of Tuscany, and we can't wait to return.
