Efter lang tids søgen hos forskellige brands, endte jeg med at gå med Havnby. Det er jeg rigtig glad for. Jeg oplevede Havnby, som et seriøst foretagende, som svarede hurtigt på spørgsmål og behandlede min henvendelse på en professionel måde. Jeg er også glad for mit valg om at gå med deres autolevel model til den nye Tesla Model Y. Selv bestilling gik super nemt. Der var lidt ventetid da deres lager var tømt, hvilket betød ekstra leveringstid. Jeg blev dog gjort opmærksom på dette gennem hele processen, så det var ingen overraskelse. Gennem shop appen kunne jeg følge leveringen. Smart👍🏼
Madrassen ankom og var fint pakket. Den ligger i en pose så man kan have den med sig og den passer lige ned i subfrunk så den ikke optager plads i teslaen. Selve madrassen er super kvalitet. Den pustes op på ca. et minut af den indbyggede pumpe og man kan justere hårdheden til ens preference. Jeg er super overrasket over hvor god den er at ligge på. Det er som at ligge på en seng og ikke en luftmadras. Man mærker virkelig at der er rigtig skum inde i madrassen. Der fulgte også et lagen med i god kvalitet som passer til madrassens udformning. Men den bedste feature er vel nok at den er designet så den udligner den ujævnhed som kommer når man lægger sæderne ned. De andre modeller på markedet gør ikke dette og derfor kommer man til at føle knækket når man ligger ned og man kommer måske til at ligge lidt skævt. Med denne model ligger man helt fladt og mærker overhovedet ikke den ujævne bund. Det er et stort plus. Alt i alt er jeg meget tilfreds og glæder mig til mange ture ud i verden!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Seems their issues continue, I am another that ordered many weeks ago, this time from the UK, no info, no contact, no mattress.
Maybe spend less on advertising a product you are unable to supply and more on logistics and customer support...

I placed the order on the 5th and was expecting delivery by the 20th. My Christmas present to my boyfriend is now gone and I’m so disappointed. What a scam! I’ll see if I ever get my money back.
Tesla Model Y Fridge
I placed my order for the Tesla Model Y fridge on August 18 and as of September 12, I still have not received the product.
The website was easy to use, but customer support was unhelpful throughout the process. I was given two FedEx tracking numbers—neither of which ever showed any movement. FedEx confirmed that both labels were created but no packages were actually received from the sender.
Havnby’s team offered no real assistance, only repeated the same scripted responses, and never resolved the issue. It seems like they may be working with a third party or trying to fulfill orders they don’t have inventory for.
I never received the item, never got a refund, and I won’t be purchasing from Havnby again. This experience felt more like dealing with a ghost operation than a legitimate business. Proceed with caution.
Before I bought this, I had a cheaper mattress (still quite expensive) made out of 100% memory foam. It just wasn't comfortable - could feel the floor through it. Honestly, if you are buying a mattress for your Tesla Y, spend the extra money and buy this Havnby Air+Foam mattress. This is as comfortable as my mattress at home. You won't regret it.

Parfait ! Livré en 3 jours ouvrés, bonne qualité, facile à installer, matelas confortable mais ne pas s’attendre à un matelas comme votre lit ça fait largement l’affaire pour du camping.

Just received curtains but no Mattress Pro even though the tracking say that all has been delivered? Contacted Havnby support by mail yesterday but I haven’t received any response yet.

Not sure how to get their matrass now, seeing youtube is full of people that do have the product.
Update: received the below response I went ahead and ordered a matrass, curious to see how the process will go. Will update this when needed and if all goes through i will give the proper stars :)
Update 2: got the matrass within a week, i live in the Netherlands. Its amazingly comfortable to lie on. Updated stars to match the experience now. Pump has a less then 3% failure rate I've read on Reddit so if that holds then this is a matrass that will go for alot of roadtrips.

On the 29th of November I ordered the Tesla Model Y mattress with free window shades(coupon code). On de 3rd of December a part of the order shipped(the shades) and I asked for an update on the mattress. After a quick response I was informed that the mattress will be shipped soon. Great news!
After the mattress arrived we still haven't received the shades. I have sent two emails for an update on how to handle this(DHL reported package was sent back to Germany) and haven't heard anything from Havnby.
We needed the shades for our trip so I ordered them through amazon to be sure to have them on time. So I payed for the "free" shades anyway :-(
If they respond faster I would order again from Havnby. But not like this

I saw this model Y mattress on google and placed an order. But the next day I was told that the goods would not be delivered until December 20th. This is no problem for me, as I expect to receive the mattress before Christmas. They sent the privacy curtains first, and now the curtains are on their way. I have read other reviews of havnby complaining about their service, but I don't have the same problem, it seems they have improved the service

i seams to be a face company - do not order from havnby.com - 2 month ago i did not get the matress - i tried many times to contact them but did not get an information or feedback….. so sad

Ordered my mattress and windows shades on Nov 5. The shades has arrived which gives me a little hope that the mattress will also come.
Their support wrote me that I would receive the mattress no later than Nov 20 and now we are at Nov 25. I have written the support several times to get an update, but I have not heard anything back from them

They never sent a product, $350 down the drain. It's an obvious scam, realized too late.
After they failed to reply to all my emails, I checked their website and noticed that some of the contact information they use goes to a different company, "TESCAMP". Both the support number and the contact email.
They also point towards a different support email at different parts of the website.
UPDATE (December 5th 2024):
So I reached out to Dan, the founder of Tescamp and Havnby and made him aware of the situation in Europe. He promised to initiate refunds to everyone affected by this situation and to inform every single customer.
Looking at TrustPilot, it looks like he did just that and he did it very fast, I'm very impressed by that.
I don't feel comfortable giving them a 1 out of 5, so I'll change my review to a 3 out of 5 for now. And I'll most likely buy their mattress when it's back in stock in Europe.
Will update my vote when I get my hands on the mattress and shades.

I ordered a mattress for my Tesla y d.10/28/24 I get no message that it is not in stock or anything. only when I have written 4 emails, 4 messages with their chat on their homepage and 2 messages on their Instagram do they respond.
they write that they apologize for the lack of response and that the mattresses have been stuck in German customs but that they will send the mattress to me on 10.11.24 so that I will have the mattress on 15.10.24 at the latest.
here with two days until I have to use it, they still haven't sent it, they haven't replied to my messages - so I strongly doubt that I will get either the mattress or my money back..
I definitely cannot recommend buying from here
