This was an easy process! From submitting the art to getting the proof everything went smooth. We recreate shirt and it looked even better in person! It’s definitely a great deal at that cost!!

These guys and gals are so awesome. I figured the Billy butcher shirt collection was limited time and there was no way to acquire these anymore. I reached out and all I had to do was send them the design I wanted and they would make it for me. I did 4 shirts 2 of the same but 2 of the different materials. They came in, shipping took longer than anticipated but I did ask for a lot. But I received the shirts and I loved them, zero complaints. Zero regrets. Premium cotton is definitely my choice for future shirts because I plan on buying wayyy more shirts from these guys. Thank you VinCo Hawaiian!

I ordered 2 diff style shirts from here on May 23 and May 25. I had a very long email with them on how to make them. They sent me 2 shirts of my 2nd order and kept my 1st order. Both shirts came out not even the same and were completely wrong, from wrong stitching color, backwards sewn on buttons, off centered pocket logo, lines on the design didnt line up at all, and a whole order completely missing! Its now July 3rd and still no resolution. They stole my money and gave me shirts so ugly I wont even ware them. They do nothing but lie and make promises they cant keep! I had to dispute it with my bank before they offered a refund and want me to cancel the dispute lol. Not happening because this company has done nothing but lie to me so far and cant even make shirts as they advertise!!! Highly do not recommend ordering anything from here!!! Update to vincos reply: you guys offered to send the right shirts I ordered and you never did!!!! You guys are liars and never sent them so I made a dispute with my bank for my money you stole from me!!! Then you wanted me to cancel it and then finally make things right!! You guys are a SCAM!!!!

BUYER BEWARE. I ordered 2 shirts on 6/2/2026 to see quality/design in anticipation of ordering 100 more for my fellow employees. Unfortunately, I cant speak to the quality because nearly a month later, I still have not received them. They come from China, and then get handed off to a no name delivery company (gofo express) to complete the order. The delivery company made false claims about an attempted delivery, and then "returned the product to the sellers warehouse". Frustrated beyond belief.

I ordered 2 moths ago T shirts got several E mails with Tracking nr it was already long time ago in Miami whats 2 hour away , wondering if i will ever receive my T shirts???

DO NOT order from this company. I ordered my shirts on 6/4/2026 and PAID for expedited shipping (4-6 business day) and I did not get them until 6/22/2026. I needed them for an event, hence the expedited order. They confirmed the order on 6/11 and still did not ship them out until 6/15/26. So I did not get them on time for my event and also discovered this is a front company for CHINA. I thought I was ordering from California until I finally got a DHL tracking number showing they were coming from China. I had tried to stop the order when they didn't come in. They argued with me to say my order was within the timeline but it was not. I wish I would have looked at reviews as it appears this isn't the first time this has happened. Because they won't give me my money back, my only recourse is to try and dispute the charges with my credit card company. What a Nightmare!

7/10/2026 - They offered me 20% discount off my order of $141.66 as a gesture of goodwill - that is $28.33. What a joke. That is not including the $93 just for the "expedited" shipping that was not expedited.

Excellent product: our logo looks great within their shirt design, it fits comfortably and looks good. Ordering was easy and it was delivered as promised. I will use them again!

I was skeptical from a Facebook ad but had been waiting to find another company that could do a custom shirt. I had a great experience from start to finish. I did a completely custom shirt and sent in the artwork and within 20 minutes I had a reply with the quote for the shirt that was no higher than the ones where they added just the logos. Constant contact from the customer service person until everything was set as I wanted. That went so well that I placed a second order for one of their logo Hawiian shorts. The orders came in within three weeks to the USA. The shirts are ov very good quality and the colors are vibrant and a true representation of the photo and logo I had provided to them. I'm now planning my next orders now to give to friends. Hassle free transaction - thank you!

We ordered a few shirts for our project team. I got a couple samples to see how the material felt and hownthe logo would look. After some communication and tweaks the final order was perfect. Everyone was very happy with how they look and feel.

Quality of the shirt is not very good. The stitching is all over the place. Shipping takes forever because it comes from China. The shirt fits very snug. Not true to size. Kind of disappointed for a $40 custom shirt.

I have ordered 3 times from VINCO Hawaiian shirts and every time it has been perfect. The sizes are correct, I didn’t have to size up like I do with other Hawaiian print shirt companies. The shipping time was reasonable, the cost reasonable and the fabric does not wrinkle and is lightweight for hot summers. I will,v

This company is horrible. They do not tell you that they are located in CHINA! I paid for expedited shipping because I needed my shirts within two weeks and they quickly emailed me and asked if was sure I wanted to spend the money for expedited shipping because their standard shipping was 8-11 REGULAR days (I confirmed NOT business days) so I agreed to standard shipping and now here I am on Day 14 with event in two days and no shirts and no one will answer the phone or respond to emails!

Poor service, Poor quality of merchandise. Ordered a standard tshirt dress with santa on it. Of course, you are not aware it ships from China and beware NO returns! Dress might as well have been made out of paper, very, very poor quality. When I complained, I was told no returns unless I can prove the item Is defective. My fault for not doing research...stay away!

Poor Service! There was no tracking info given at time of purchase. Tried several times to contact a live representative of the company, but only ever heard back from a chat bot who refused to help with the issue. Shipping time is quoted 11 to 15 days on website after 20 days. I finally received my item but it was past my event date and have not been able to speak with someone about a return because they only use chat bots. very frustrated with lack of concern and compassion.
