Good staff. Very helpful

My experience with Hawco is absolutely perfect.
From the day I decided to purchase a car until the day I collected it. The salesperson was helpful and informative and explained everything with knowledge and understanding to my needs.
A brilliant and friendly company to deal with, going beyond their requirements for a driver coming from the Northern Isles.

Great local garage who look after you from start to finish

Everyone was very helpful and understanding. We dealt mostly with Sara and she was a real star

all were very nice during the hand over explaining all the new points

Was well looked after by the staff at Hawco Inverness throughout the buying of the BW T-Roc and VW Tiguan cars recently.

The sales team are all so friendly welcomed to showroom. Aidan who sold me car was knowledgeable and offered assistance and found me my perfect car. Talked me through all my options and answered all my questions. Pleasant an courteous an asset to Highland Audi. Was very impressed.

All went well no hasle

The car is new and it runs well, everything is perfect in good working condition. It’s joy everywhere I drive.
Am happy about it.

Good honest communication, professional and friendly staff. Good to see standards from previous dealings have been maintained during the JC transition from Hawco. Handover Process slick and thorough, while being friendly and personal.

Chelsea was fantastic. Great pleasant, engaging and informative salesperson. Genuine car person and knew what I needed and didn't just try to sell me something

Excellent service, very knowledgeable sales specialists whom helped me find the car I wanted.
Craig Spooner was absolutely brilliant with assisting throughout the sale and at handover.
Thank you so much.

Excellent service from entering the showroom from product knowledge to going the extra mile to find the car we wanted a stress free and enjoyable experience. Keeping in touch by email and phone contact with delivery date to branch and confirming a suitable date for us to collect.
Many thanks

Great staff, very helpful, a pleasure to deal with 👍

The treatment we received from the salesperson was very good and at no time did she pressurise us at no time did I feel that a deal had to be done wright away.

I received what was ordered and was aware of delivery dates as well as being kept up to date on the progress of the order

The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Especially Neil who went out of his way to get us a deal that suited us. Very happy with the car and the service that we received. We were made to feel like valued customers from start to finish.

we found the sales lady Chelsea very helpful
and she also helped us with all the paper work
as I'm not very good on the computer . Also over the
last 10 years we have had at least 11 V.W's from Hawco Inverness. I think that goes with out saying that we are
more than happy with the sales and service department at Hawco Inverness
