Scam

Scam! Ordered dress,it runs small and wanted to return. They offered to sent me new one for only $30 but I didn't want. I wanted a refund. They stopped responding even I sent all the photos and everything they requested by return policy! Scam scam scam!!!

Hazel the Label is a complete scam

Hazel the Label is a complete scam. They marked my order as “shipped,” but the tracking has never updated and shows zero movement. It’s been weeks and nothing has arrived. Customer service is useless and refuses to give a refund despite no proof the item was ever sent.

Stylish & comfortable co-ord set

The co-ord set I tried looked stylish and was easy to wear. Fabric felt breathable, and sizing was mostly accurate. Good option if you want something trendy but still comfortable.

They don’t accept returns

The dresses were of terrible quality and the sizing was completely inconsistent. When the dresses arrived, the quality was so bad I decided to return it. They do not accept returns at all. They only offer you a 10% refund or 15% store credit. It is a scam. Jessica Miller, the customer service agent, is not remotely helpful throughout these processes.

Stylish & lightweight party dress

Ordered a long evening-style dress, and it matched the pictures well. Material felt soft and lightweight. Not extremely premium, but definitely good enough for parties or special outings.

Amazing fit and comfortable

It’s a scam

It’s a scam. Just a nice website front but from the back end it’s not a real brand. The product quality is so low and is so cheap looking when you where that it is not wearable. So the clothes don’t at all look on people like they do on the website. Also their return policy is a scam, because they except you to pay for shipping and customs to send something back to china. So you basically cannot return anything. They try to persuade you to keep the stuff and buy even more things with a discount, which is crazy, so we basically can’t get a refund, because so the costs of sending something back.
