Bought mutton pack in Asda. Meat pieces on the top and underneath all bones. Half and half. Payed almost six pounds for half a kilo! I have never beed so disappointed with halal meat. You guys cannot be Muslims producing this. That's just fraud

I am a regular customer and have been buying from them for many years. Their prices have gone up ridiculously high. It’s nearly £10 a kg for chicken cubes. This is extortion!! Have decided to go somewhere else from now as has so many of their other customers. They need to sort out their prices or no one will be buying from them in the end !!

If there is less than one star i would give it to this place , the one in asda how come you will not clean the chicken and since when chiken with masla sauce sold without cleaning from feathers !!! Do they think if its cover with sauce no one will know about this ??!! Shame on you and u call ur shop halal shop !! And then your doing this covering chicken feathers with sauce instead of cleaning it ??? Thats cheating غش and will never go there agin

I more or less agree with the 1 star rating. I gave it two stars as there is only 1 nice guy among the gang.

Took my business to the new store opened on the high street which is expensive but way more friendlier

The owner is incompetent in what is supposedly meant to be their area of specialism. A structure that is influenced by arrogance and control. The workers should be aware of the directors reputation prior to undertaking any role.

I didn’t receive my order and they don’t answer any emails or phone numbers !!
I have paid £70 and I don’t know what to do!

I placed an order on 31st of aug. Which I was supposed to receive on 2nd of September according to dpd mail. But it’s 6th of September and I haven’t heard a word from anyone. I sent mails and did so many calls but no one is answering.
My order number is 18620

No answer to emails, messages or Phone calls. No answer machine either.

They take bank transfer as payments so we dont have anywhere to go if something goes wrong.

Been trying to contact them for a shortage in order - its been 3 weeks since I have been trying.... still trying to call them on 02035388088 which keeps ringing and ringing....

Order placed and no delivery. No customer service either. Lack of response to emails and no-one picks up the phone. Needed the order for a big celebration now stuck.

Alarm bells were ringing when payment was requested by direct transfer (which we did immediately so as not to delay delivery).

Very disappointed.

Placed an online order delivered to the wrong address even though I have an account with them and have placed previous orders. When I eventually received the package items were missing but I have been charged the full amount. Also, no labels or information on the items like use by date, etc.
I have been trying to contact them for the past couple of days by phone and email no response or acknowledgment to my complaint.
I would not recommend them as the service is getting worse.

Good quality meat in Asda Oadby, but way too pricey, never doing any offer, and staff not very friendly either.

Placed 2 qurbani orders online for Eid 2021 and in 2020 also order qurbani with Hajibaba. All the process was quick. Collected the meat from slough store. Nicely cut and well prepared. Kudos to slough store employees. Will use this again.

Your staff at Asda is so lazy. When I requested a whole chicken to be cut into small pieces,he said he is busy and has no time, even though I am the only customer standing there. He insisted that I take the whole chicken and cut it myself. Earlier on I ordered, minced lamb meat. Because of his laziness I decided to go to another halal shop, got a whole chicken (cut into small pieces), lamb shoulder and lamb chops. I doubt that I will come back to your shop again.

Rip off business. Price of minced beef 11£/Kilo. What a joke.

Bought haji baba chicken niblets from Asda eastlands Manchester opened them up and they smell fishy really badly providing they are still in date whether that’s true is another question. I will be paying Asda a visit they take ur money and sell u meat that’s not right. I highly recommend getting ur meat from somewhere else.
