Poor customer support. DONT USE THIS SERVICE. Once they get your money, they dont care. I sent money using their app, due to a glitch in their system, the app didnt charge me the fee. They held my payment and asked to pay fee to get payment through. I tried to pay their £3 fee but when I tried that on their app, it was charging me another £3 to pay the pending £3. They didnt listen and simply said, complete the payment to get my transaction through. I asked for refund and they told me that they will charge for handling charges. They didnt handle anything except being rude and unhelpful. I will not use them again and strongly recommend dont use them.

Disrespectful Staff
I had called earlier about issues I have been experiencing with with HB. First transfers were taking more than 2 days for it to go through and when I called to find out what happening I was met with disrespect over the phone. secondly credit I had earned by referring people to use HB had been deducted although the transfer I initiated did not go through due to technical issues with Apple Pay on HBs platform. I again got in touch to explore the reason behind this and I was spoken to rudely and the call was dropped. It is clear that these people are not transparent and should be avoided at all costs

My name is George KYEREME France.I have a problem, I send money to solve a problem in Ghana. Since a week and over almost 2weeks (13days)till now , still the transaction is being processed and not credited to recipient. After all call us to know if there are some problems occurred. Due to that I therefore demand compensation because you can’t keep someone money with you without saying nothing .
