Outstanding. What is taught is truly life altering if you want to make a difference in this field. Mike manages to explains complex law in a way that is understandable and easily applicable. I cannot thank you enough the difference you have made for me and the person I help.

Even though I have a background in social housing, I found this training course very beneficial. Mike is very knowledgeable and explains a complex area in a way that’s easy to understand. It was nice to network with others too.

Huge thanks to Mike and Shannon for this training. They both really know their staff having already walked the hard yards representing vulnerable people in securing positive outcomes for many years. They take the complex legal framework, unpack it and present it in a simple way giving me a clear understanding of the help and support that those experiencing homelessness should receive from the local authority. Great, motivational and safe to say it has lit a bit of a fire in me!

Great piece of training- Introduction to Homelessness Law.
It has definitely gave me a new insight in to how local councils are operating in regards to homelessness and how I can best challenge this with in a law and policy framework.
Some of the information was eye opening and will be taking this forward, implementing it in to my working practices going forward when supporting clients experiencing or being threatened with homelessness.
Mike was a trainer- explained things thoroughly, answered everyone's questions in depth, and materials to support us after the training.
