Customer service is outstanding
Customer service is outstanding! They have even called me to get updated info on the latest doctor appt so they could process the order asap. Order arrives usually the following day. I can rest easy knowing my supplies will be refilled.

The ease in which I received my supplies in the beginning was great for me. I didn't have to do anything difficult to qualify. The customer service representatives are so helpful. friendly and kind. It is also easy to reorder. My only exception is that I occasionally receive extra supplies that I don't use. My supplies are shipped promptly after I order and so I never run out
