I recently used HD Surveys for a level 2 home survey. They have been brilliant from start to finish. The booking part was very simple and the office staff (Michelle) I spoke to a couple of times was incredibly helpful with a few queries that I had. William carried out the survey and a day after the survey he called me to provide a summary of key points. This was so helpful as when the report came in a few days later, there were no surprises or shocks. All in all, I am very pleased and would highly recommend HD Surveys to others. Thank you HD team

The team did a great job with my Level 2 Home Survey. The survey couldn’t happen on the first date because the sellers weren’t available but the team followed up and arranged a new date quickly without any problems.

I found HD surveys via a Google search, read the reviews and asked them to conduct a survey on a property I had put an offer on.
From booking the level 3 survey, the survey was conducted within the week then the report arrived within 5 working days.

All I can say is, I would highly recommend HD surveys, I will be using them again in the next couple of weeks.

Due to all the issues identified from the level 3 survey, I decided not to proceed with the sale.

I was very happy with my service that I received. They kept me up to date with everything going on and gave me a call after the survey to talk me through their findings before sending me the full report which was super helpful. The survey they provided is clear with helpful photos, highlighting any issue found for easy identification.

Having made the decision to install a digital aerial to my lounge television and to have a television in my bedroom, a contacted HDS a week ago and a visit was arranged for Saturday 22nd March. Yesterday HDS informed me an aerial fitter was in my area.

Jake called me before arriving to pace out the work I wanted done. A plan was drawn up and after receiving and accepting a quote, Jake carried out the installation with an absolute minimum of disturbance.

A great job, a polite and professional tradesman.

Fantastic service from start to finish - I had arranged a level 3 survey for an old 1930's house I and my wife are looking to buy and I was really impressed by the surveyor on the thoroughness of the report and his observations. I also found that cost wise, HDS are very reasonable! I must've spoken to at least 5-7 different providers with a range of prices and HDS were definitely the most competitive. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a survey.

Great service from start to finish, we were kept informed throughout the process. We were asked at the outset whether we had any specific concerns or context as to renovation plans in order to ensure they were addressed specifically in the report. Our surveyor called us after his visit to the property to talk us through everything in advance of us receiving the report through a couple of days later, we found this really informative, would recommend!

We were kept up to date with the process via email. Survey was thorough and I was called by the surveyor after the visit to run through findings. Report arrived on date I was given. Good experience all round.

HDS were proactive with their communication. They kept ke up to date and issued the survey report within timescales.

The report was comprehensive and shared various pictures which helped greatly in understanding what was being reported in more detail.
