I had my package stolen
I had my package stolen. It was a huge hassle trying to deal with USPS. It was taken in a 15 minute window. I got the "package delivered" message while I was trying to deliver a package, haha talk about cutting it short. Well I went out to a, invisible, package. I believe headshop re sent one, I ordered two, but hey one is better than none. Thanks headshop for meeting me half way.

Out of stock
Ordered a candle and two weeks later no notification or email or product received. When I inquired by email, product was out of stock. Received nothing to notify me before i had to make the effort and now I still have to contact them for a refund, which IMO, should have been automatic.

I already reviewed The Head Shop. At first, the USPS tracking on my shipment said the package was delivered to Lime, CT (which is not me). But later that day, I discovered the package had been delivered to my mailbox. USPS made things confusing. The Head Shop shipped my purchase in a timely fashion.

Piece of Trash
The airis 8 dip and dab pen is the biggest piece of crap I've ever bought. The straw attachment broke within 5 minutes and didn't heat up enough to begin with. The dab attachment hardly produces a cloud either. Do not buy!

Charged for product that they did not carry.
I ordered a product then they sent an email saying they no longer carried it. But when I got my credit card bill I saw that I was charged for it. I contacted them and they are issuing credit but the charge should have never occurred and had I not noticed it on my bill I would have paid it.

The ceo took over the company about 4 months ago, had a problem with my order he personally fixed it. Although I let him no his website states same day shipping and he was surprised to hear that said he would fix it a month later it's still on the site. Besides that I'm happy

The product has clear information on the size. We acknowledge your concern and advise you to send back to rest of the 3 orders, unfortunately, we are unable to provide to cover the shipping fee in cases like this. As we mentioned before, you can ship your 3 orders once we received these we can then go ahead and process an item you wish to, higher than the amount of your original order.
