A little bait and switch
Headshop.com took my order and money, then cancelled it the next day. I used a coupon that they offered, and after my order was cancelled, I was told the coupon shouldn't have worked for the item I bought, but I could still purchase it a full price. Seems like a little bait and switch to me.

We were so grateful because you reached out to us that we were able to explain why and able to express our appreciation for your understanding. Seems like we didn't meet your expectations after all. No good!
I placed 2 orders and received nothing. The email said out of stock on my 2nd order right after reading the site stating it was in stock and ready to ship. On my charge card bill, I was billed for the 1st order although headshop says I was refunded. The 1st order I placed never arrived, so I checked on it only to find it was out of stock, but I was not notified until I looked into it-no notice from headshop. I will never trust this site again and have already found one that actually delivers on the product with no problems.

Janet, we are truly saddened by this experience of yours. You were refunded on your 1st order the same way as on your 2nd, which you received and is a much bigger amount. How $27.40 seems like much to you, is in the same sense why we can't afford to lose you as our valued customer. So sorry for this but thank you though. This product is crap
The people helping where extremely nice that's why I'm giving 2 stars, about the product though.. all honesty I was hoping for a tiny finger flipper to be honest, like it's a tool for dabbing not a fancy spoon to help cook pasta but not do a good job of it. The rivets where not placed hard enough either and I had to do that myself, was extremely wobbly before i did what i did but guessing from the feel of the metal it's made of some type of alloy while the spoon part is just punched sheet metal. I also plan on braking off half the spoon off because that's way too long and weird, I'll make a new even better spoon with a hammer and flame. I love you guys but like this is crap I'm sorry. Lovily idea but do back it up. Also I recommend making it smaller everyone would be happier, everyone I've seen and talked to said the same thing about how it be better. If not oh well have a good one guys.

I just put in my order for a new vaporizer
I just put in my order for a new table vaporizer. Not a cheap buy. They have not gave me much info besides the usps tracking number that hasn't even been created yet. And then I found the same product elsewhere for a good amount cheaper. Hopefully it's all worth the wait with these guys.

Headshop is THE spot for bongs, water pipes and percolators. Huge selection of quality craftsmanship products at reasonable prices, speedy delivery and did I mention quality. 14” 14mm beaker is my go to. I have Parkinson’s disease and often drop or knock things over. I drop this piece, no worries.

Little to now support form customer service will not be ordering form again i did but it took over a week to ship i sent a email that day i had email many times to get any response and when i didni was told ot was fixed and it wasn't took like two weeks to finally get it

Easy Ordering Process and Friendly Service
I really enjoy the shopping experience and how prompt deliveries are when placing orders. I have placed two order thus far and both experiences were smooth; no delays, prompt reminders and updates, well-packaged materials, and friendly service. You can bet I will continue to shop at Headshop. My only recommendation is that they let you know when an order has been split into multiple deliveries. I was unaware that my first order was split into three deliveries, so I assumed I had missing product on the first delivery of my first order.

Very disappointing
Very disappointing, tried buying some OCB papers a month ago but it never ended up showing up, apparently they ran out of them but still listed it as "Stocked" at the time of purchase, still waiting on them.
