Ordered the combo. Both do not have good quality print, and the placement and colour of personification is wrong, making it impossible to read. I have sent multiple emails to them and they finally responded the 4th time. They asked me to send them a picture of the product and despite doing so, I still haven't received a reply. Their service and quality has deteriorated.

Gorgeous to look stunning to hold. It feels solid and hope it will serve me well. It screams quality wherever i look or touch.

the costumer service of the brand is awful. We tried contacting the brand again and again but did not get the response. The products are also not very stiff as they claim because I had to replace my bottle lid for 2 times.
please look into the reviews and then buy the product

Java xl has quality compromise Not worth for the price of point

My coffee mug lid was broken and the headway was replaced with a new one. I want to thank them for their prompt reply and for helping me replace it with a new one.

My java tumbler doesn’t come in a good shape , it’s leaking and I tried every mail and every no you have provided. But there is no response from anywhere. Never felt that cheated in online shopping.

Received a Damaged product

The quality is great and I bought it to gift some one and the person really loved it.

The color as shown on the website is completely different from what received..i wanted this for my office use but now i cant even use it for personal use due to color

I didn’t see the flat I got late so no broker’s field manager said he’ll call me but he didn’t

The product got damaged on the 3rd day itself just by friction with the bag it was kept inside of. Returned the product for a replacement, been 10 days since and no response from headwaymade. Still waiting for my replacement. You'll took just 2 days to deliver the new product and now 10 days for a replacement? Pathetic service Headway

Excellent quality and elegant to look at.

I had ordered Java (360ml) on November 23rd. It has been around 20 days and the product is not yet dispatched. I haven't received any reasoning for the delay. When I contact the support team they say I shall receive a coupon which I can use for next purchase. I haven't seen worst shipping and customer service like Headway. It is shame that a brand like Headway cannot satisfy the customer.
