Discussion took place after applying online from the very same link provided by the agent.
Agent was contacted via email about discrepancy in the monthly charge amount when compared with the quote and the amount communicated after signing up. No email response received to date though prior to sign up, the agent was proactive in follow up calls/emails.
Revising the review to 1 star.

We now have switched health insurance companies, at a cheaper premium, but still with everything we had and more with our previous Health Insurance Company and it is better suited to our needs.
