the course was very informative i realised that alot of my previous experiences were not lawful and that i shouldnt let people push me about because of my condition

Attended the 2 'Wellness to Work' Sessions which Dree ran on the 4th February at AKG Milton Keynes.
She spoke clearly so that people could understand what she was saying as well as encouraging people to speak if they want to and not pressure anybody who may feel uncomfortable in talking in a group session.

I was referred to AKG for work purposes after an awful personal event. The first meeting I was referred to AKG Health and was assigned the amazing Georgia.

They listen, they understand and the help create a pathway to follow with advice and support for coping. You can talk about anything and then they coordinate the support to your personal needs. I never open up, I’m a closed book normally but this is one of the first times I felt heard, understood and helped. I was let down previously by so many professionals, I had lost all of my confidence.

I’m like a different person, I cope so much better with the tools and support they have provided. I opened up and trusted the process and honestly. It was the best decision I have made.

Be open honest and calm, the team of amazing people at AKG will genuinely be there, genuinely care and do all in there power to help.

I couldn’t give them a higher recommendation in all honesty. Incredible people with incredible skills and talents. I’ll always be grateful and advocate for AKG and their teams. Thank you so much for everything

I did two trainings with Drée on the same day. The course content was good and relevant, the sessions were participatory as well as lectures.
Drée simplified the learning process, she was attentive & detailed. I went away better informed and very confident of interviewing for a job without anxiety and knowing that employers have an obligation of managing my health with me for the best outcomes.

Stuart was my heath coach he was great was very understanding, giving me the right advice I needed, I'm grateful that I had sturat to talk to and get alot off my head. That why I'm rating it 5 stars.

I done just a few sessions with georgia,In those few sessions she really made me feel as though I was in a safe environment to talk about anything I needed to,She was very understanding of everything I spoke about with her and is just all in all a lovely person and work coach,I’d definitely recommend giving the resilience course a go,You never know it might help you,It has really helped me!!.

Whilst being supported by Daniella from AKG I felt a lot of difference within myself and a lot of issues I was struggling with have been resolved by using strategies Daniella suggested and hav e helped me to see things a lot clearer

I attended Men's Mental Health sessions ran by Sohaib Hafeez at AKG Tamworth to help regain my self confidence after having health issues . He was very understanding and through his advice and help, gave me a better understanding of my situation which did help me a lot.

Akg are more helpful than my local Jcp, the members there are Very friendly and Helpful.

I had a series of sessions with Daniella, and I can honestly say she is an incredible health coach. She creates such a comfortable and supportive environment where you truly feel heard. Her ability to listen and provide guidance is outstanding. I finished our sessions feeling much more positive and empowered. If you're looking for genuine and professional support, I highly recommend her.
