Great except I'd like free shipping on such a big order.

I have been checking this product out for a while and decided to give it a go, the process was quite simple. Thankyou

Order never sent; emailed to query, told it had shipped and received a tracking number - when tracing that, my item was still at xyz facility, only the label printed (apparently): I emailed again and was told a specialist would contact me to explain the situation. This person could only apologize for the delay. I doubt any of these emails are written by humans. Many online reports mirror the situation I have. Save your money and buy from a reputable traceable company.

This is the worst purchase ever. Place an order on june 19th 2026 and until now no news of it. Customers service couldnt be bothered. Definitely last purchase from this brand

These guys are horrible. They keep charging me for things that I did not order. They won't leave me alone with new order confirmations on things I never ordered. The order I did submit never got here. It was shipped from Lithuania. Aren't these guys supposed to be in the US?

Healthletic is one of the "Good Guys" when it comes to supplements and customer service. I found the quality of their products to be exceptional and their delivery system to be fast. I especially want to highlight their customer service. When an issue arose, Charina and others handled it professionally and resolved the situation. In a world of "scams" you can rely on the good people at Healthletic.

Frustrating and disappointing experience with this company. I purchased an item on 7/15 and expected to get a shipping notice (especially considering this is supposedly a U.S.-based company). After six days passed with no notice or update, I reached out to Healthletic and was advised the item will be shipped "within 5-7 days." I waited another 8 days and no update to the shipping status. I never received the item and ultimately had to request a refund. Healthletic - get your shipping protocols in order.

I purchased 3 bottles early June. After 3 weeks, I reached out to check on my order. They assured me it was out for delivery. About 10 days later they told me it was returned and asked me if I’d like them to resend. I said ok. After about 10 days, the product still has not shipped. There are other companies who sell what they do. Do not buy from this company.

Didn’t have to go to multiple pages to find and order the Nattokinase . I had ordered this before and it helped with my vascular system. It helped to prevent clots in my legs .

I was so excited to see a company make the basics and seem to make them well. I did place my first order as an enthusiastic new loyal customer to then understand AFTER the checkout process that I had a 28 reoccurring subscription (just like the business model at Manscape). That was super annoying because they post no disclosure of that being the case. Cancellation of the new subscription was absolutely not obvious, and I found that to be a “dirty” way to do business (AFTER the order was processed). I had been comparing products with other competitors and was excited to keep coming back knowing this could really be the best option to get a number of good quality supplements in one place. Dirty underhanded practices like this are unfortunate and don’t make sense to me. They seem to do a small product and do it extremely well. But the purposeful lack of transparency makes me want to spend a bit more in Brand appreciation with reputable, reliable and honest supplement producers. It’s just bad, bad, bad!

I warn everyone do not order from this company. It takes months to get orders or you don’t get them at all and all they wanna do is repeatedly charge your card every month for three months Supply. Terrible customer service.

I started using your product about 2 months ago. A recent test showed that my arteries are looking better with less build-up. I am hoping that the continual use of this product will clear up my arteries and lower my blood pressure.

This company is outright crook. Be care full and DON'T buy from them. I made a 1 off purchase only to realise a few weeks later they put me on a subscription. When I realised they debted by account again I contacted them the same hour the charge message came through and told them I didn't subscribe, nor did I want new product. They said they will cancel the order and reimburse my funds. 10 days later the product arrived and no refund, and I realised I was still subscribed.

I emailed their customer care team who had told me clearly they will cancel and refund 10 days earlier via the same email thread. They apologised and said as product was dispatched, they could not refund. This was despite telling me clearly in an email that order was cancelled and refunds were being processed.

Becarefull dont trust this company. They are crook.

I ordered products from Healthletic. I finally received the order more than three weeks later after asking where the order was. I received no updates until I asked about the order. It seems that once they get your money, they forget about you. My order was a one-time purchase of eight bottles of a product (enough for about six months). Six days later, I received a message that a new order was being processed. However, I did not place this second order. I immediately sent a message to Healthletic to get the second order canceled. They offered a 30% discount if I would accept the second order. I declined their offer and asked for them to cancel the order. I was told that the order was canceled. Four days later I received a message from Healthletic that my order had been shipped (after they told my it was canceled). I told them that I would be sending this package back to them and requested a pre-paid shipping label to pay for the return of a package that I did not order. Heatlhletic has told me that return shipping is to be paid for by the customer - even for items that I did not order. I will NOT ever do business with Healthletic again and will repeat this experience to everyone that will listen. These liars cannot be trusted.

I would like to add to this review.
I did not give up on getting my money returned. After about month of exchanging email messages (35 or so) and dealing with five different employees of Healthletic, I finally got my money back with an apology which included a statement that they would look into my complaints. I hope they can get this figured out and start treating customers with respect and better business practices.

Dealing with Healthletic is frustrating to say the least. I originally purchased the NattoKinase 20,000 on April 20th. Because the item was falsely advertised as a U.S. manufactured product, I expected it to come to me fairly quickly. Not so. I just received an official, 4-page letter from U.S. Customs and Border Protection stating that the product was seized in Miami.

They have also been blowing up my email account with offers of " 50% off" and other such nonsense. To add insult to injury, they even tried to bill me on auto-ship.
