Estrogen has been exactly what I needed to help with hot flashes! I tried progesterone and it helped a little with other symptoms but my bloodwork showed I was low in estrogen when I added that in my sleep and hot flashes all improved! I also take an herbal supplement and my husband takes progesterone he notices a huge difference especially in sleep. Thank you for making quality products I can trust!

I needed "clean" aspirin (without fillers
I needed "clean"aspirin powder (without fillers, artificial flavors or colors). A big disappointment at $19.99! This is 2025 and aspirin is cheap- or should be!
You think hospital prices are high until you go "Natura". Shame. Shame.
