We’ve used Healthya across 16 community pharmacies in Yorkshire and the North for 6 months, and it has changed how we run clinical services day to day in our pharmacies and also for our central operations.
Our pharmacists run their consultations in ConX. It works alongside the systems we already have, so the team aren’t typing the same patient details into a second screen.
WebX gives each branch its own page and online bookings. Patients can see what their local pharmacy offers and book a slot without ringing up, which has helped most with our Private COVID and Private Weight Management service.
We also run our private PGD services through Healthya, including Travel Vaccines, Weight Management and Private Vaccines. NHS and private work go through one system, so a pharmacist covering a different branch follows the same process wherever they are.
Support has been quick and practical, with no problem or request too big for the team. Regular updates are provided with strong communication.
If you run several pharmacies and want to grow NHS and private services without adding admin, Healthya is well worth a look!

We have been working with Conx for about 2 weeks now. The onboarding provided was excellent, my team and I had a teams meeting , this was videoed so that my team could replay at their leisure.
The staff that missed that group onboarding had the option of a 1:1 session. Sneha has been our point of contact with the company and she has responded quickly with all our questions.

What has made ConX and in particular Sneha stand out compared to other companies I've dealt with is how willing they are to go with surporting us even if the issue is not directly related. Eg They have also worked collaboratively with my SEO marketing team.

I’ve had an outstanding experience with Healthya. From the very beginning, everything felt simple, supportive, and genuinely focused on improving my health. The Healthya station was easy to use, and I loved how quickly I could check my blood pressure, weight, heart rate and other measurements without needing a GP appointment.

What impressed me most was the follow-up. Instead of just giving me numbers, Healthya helped me understand what they meant and how I could make changes. The reminders and insights are incredibly helpful, and the team clearly cares about making sure I stay on track.
