My name is Semyon Bokman. I'm a customer of Eartone Hearing Aid for 5 (five!) years. I'm delighted with its service and the quality of the apparatus they sold to me! My life significantly (hearingly) improved since I started to communicate with them. The manager Rina is a very attentive, helpful, and warm person. I'm sure that this office should have very long life!

I see Dr. Gena Marino, and she listens to my concerns with patience and support. She is always punctual when seeing patients. I highly recommend her. I am very satisfied with the service and her technical knowledge on ear aid, and most importantly, the administration has improved. The front office service is now much better than it was before.

I have to say my experience with bluegrass hearing was very confusing I went for my first visit was told they could help me with my hearing I am deaf in my right ear but they could help me with my right ear I was told that my ins would pay 2000 dollars on my hearing aid and that I Wouk owe 731 dollars I agreed and payedthat amount they said would order my hearing aid and could comebacks and get it on the 23rd of may they called me on the 21st and said they had an opening and that I e could comebacks come in early I showed up I saw a different person she told me hearing aid was there but that the First Lady I saw had made a mistake and tha I would owe another 1000 dollars I did not think this was correct and I asked for my money back she told she would not pay it either because she did not feel like it would help me I have since been Back to see my ent he told me I really needed the hearing and it would be a big help and that I should try to get it I called my ins told them what was going on they told me they Wouk pay 80 percent on my hearing aid I also have a secondary ins that would pay the other 20% and that I should not pay the amount of money that I was told I would owe I am now looking for a better place to get help Ronnie Yates

When I clicked to write a review of The Parker Hearing Institute in Torrance, California, I got a big red pop-up that said that they were not listed. The site offered to give me a list of nearby audiologists. I clicked on it. The fourth one listed was The Parker Hearing Institute! But, no way to write a review if them Stupid waste of my time.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars for Paul Retey with Absolute Hearing. He goes above and beyond to make sure the client is satisfied and happy with their experience. He was professional, knowledgeable and most considerate. He didn’t just sell me hearing aids. He opened a whole new world to me.

The Heart Ear Boutique have an excellent staff. The hearing aids through Octicon have made a remarkable difference both at home and at work. The staff was insightful on how to take care of my hearing aids as well. I would highly recommend them!

The Center for Hearing and Communication is an excellent clinic. Both my husband and I have gotten our hearing aids there. They testing was thorough and their recommendations excellent. For my husband they needed to make special molds to fit his ears. I suddenly lost hearing in one ear, and they were very helpful in addressing my problem. They also offerred us as many appointments as we needed after we got our new hearing aids and taught us how to use them maximally.

I am a Patient of Dr Jocelyn Dore. She has helped me considerably in the past 7 years to improve my hearing disability by constant testing. Her hearing aid suggestions have proven immeasurable in the
giving me an opportunity to function in my work and social encounters. She is the best Audiologist I have worked with in the 51years I have had hearing aids.

I have been with Dr Carla Smiley for two years. She is Professional, Knowledgeable, and Caring. My first visit as a new patient, she did an initial assessment of my ears and explained the process of the hearing test and how to respond during the test. The hearing test confirmed I had some hearing loss in both ears. The right ear was the worst. A couple weeks later, after ordering my hearing aids, Dr Smiley came to my home (I am visually impaired and do not drive) to orient me and to activate my new hearing aids. Also, she explained and showed me how to use the app on my phone which allowed me to adjust the volume of my hearing aids. Dr Smiley took her time and made sure that I understood what to do.
Two years later, December 18, 2024 I requested an appointment with Dr Smiley due to my concern with additional hearing loss in my right ear.. Again, her on point assessment and hearing test confirmed I had some additional hearing loss in my right ear. The volume for my hearing aids were increased through the app on my phone. Dr Smiley also advised that I make an appt to see an ENT Doctor. She will continue to follow up with me as well as be in touch with my ENT Doctor.

This is a site owned by a manufacturer called oticon. If you do not buy hearing aids through oticon you do not get put on their website. Check for locations nearest your home as follow-up visits are very important.

I finally got my questions answered by someone who is knowledgeable in what they do for a living. Very insightful and kind. I walked out very satisfied and content. I would highly recommend anybody who is having hearing issues to make an appt.

As someone who booked an appointment for an under-18 year old, the services provided for her earwax removal were excellent! Everyone was very friendly and accommodating, and I would definitely recommend this establishment to everyone, especially those who are looking to book similar appointments for children!

I have been a customer of Hearing life for awhile now. I started with this location in my early 60's Ily is the first person you are greeted with,always with a smile and wonderful attitude. She makes me feel great when I come in. Any issues that arise with my Hearing aids she's so knowledgeable which she answers my questions and always solve my issues with an up beat spirit of genuine love for what she does on a daily basis. I truly enjoy her helping for I know I will be satisfied to the fullest. She's a great worker and makes my experience more enjoyable when I go in. Facility is always neat and clean.
