From easily booking an appointment on line, with not too long a wait, to coming out happy and satisfied with my treatment, I can easily give 5 stars.
Donna who treated me was lovely. She put you at ease straight away, fully explained the procedure, was super efficient and so friendly. I would recommend this branch of Hear4U to anyone.

Leicester branch - saw Roger who was great and provided an excellent service. Managed to see me the following day and included a hearing assessment.I use regularly and would recommend without hesitation.

Appointment made via phone. Quick response. Nice clean shop/clinic. Friendly staff. Booked for both ears but only needed one clearing so not charged for both.

Explained and dealt with the whole process with consideration and patience, I felt quite at ease. The relief of having wax buildup removed was incredible, able to hear properly after weeks of struggling, thank you. Highly recommend.

First time at this place.
My ear was completely blocked, was a bit painful during the process….once ear was clear, could see that this was because the stuck wax had been there that long that it had turned black and totally solid 😬.
She was very careful, it just happened to be stuck in an awkward part of the ear.
Thanks, will use again…..if ever needed 😊
