Blocked ear appointment
I saw Helen, She answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. Helen gave me suggestions on what I should do next. She will also do a report for my GP. Relaxing atmosphere at reception and the consultation room.

My experience at Ashby has been excellent. I have hearing loss which I'm hoping will improve with the use of hearing aids. Elaine has been most helpful in explaining things and arranging the trial use of the aids.

Ear wax microsuction removal
Helen was very friendly and knowledgeable about ear health. Camera was inserted to show us on screen the blockage. Micro suction was done which was painless. Will go back for a follow up but the majority of the wax has been cleared. Thank you Helen

Very good earclinic, would recommend.
Excellent service, 2nd time I have used this clinic for earwax removal. My right ear was blocked, I was in and out within around 15 minutes and it was painless.

Excellent professional & friendly…
Excellent professional & friendly service by Helen. My right ear was completely blocked with wax, this was quickly & painlessly cleared today. I was shown the build up of wax in my ear before my procedure, on a TV device. Then Helen showed me my ear drum on the screen after removal of wax. Thank you so much for putting me at ease & thank you also to the lovely friendly receptionist. This makes all the difference. I highly recommend The Hearing Centre. Audrey

To make it absolutely clear, my previous poor review was intended for the Leicester Royal Infirmary hearing department, NOT the Hearingcentre.com based in market Harborough and other places. I must have accidentally got onto the wrong website. My apologies for this, and just to add that I have used this company on 3 occasions and found them excellent.

Excellent service. I had no difficulty getting appointments. The receptionist was very welcoming and Ben was the support of person who makes you feel comfortably straight away, is clearly highly skilled and knowledgeable and took time to explain the results of my ear test. I had two visits and would definitely recommend the Hearing Centre in Market Harborough. Thank you.

I was impressed with the high quality of service that I recently received at The Hearing Centre in Market Harborough. The staff were friendly and efficient, the tests I'd attended for (otoscopy, tympanogram and audiometery) were clearly explained to me, and my questions were answered thoroughly. Highly recommended.
