You did get 5 star because I did want different make of batteries but most I wanted were out of stock so made do, if I’m honest as you’re a mayor supplier I couldn’t understand why they weren’t available in larger quantities

Ordered early March - still not delivered mid April.
Had to chase order - they say a supply issue - poor customer update
Update : they have replied to say sorry and glad I have my order now! I DO NOT HAVE THE ORDER - I AM STILL WAITING

Quality products
I purchased a pair of hd 230 hearing aids a fair while ago and they have been excellent products,I have just ordered some filters and batteries and they arrived very quickly excellent service thanks.

Perfect goods, fast delivery 5stars
Ordered some replacement tubes for my Stretta hearing aids, they were delivered quickly and well packaged. Just the job and in perfect condition.

Poor service throughout
Aids incorrectly set up. Took a month to sort out. Never phoned back when promised which meant I had to continually chase. Basically poor service throughout.

Not easy to find. Glad I found you. The price was very good.
The product was difficult to find in Europe but your Company had it. Great !
However I think you do have a subsidiary in France. Too bad the product had to cross the channel because unavailable in France. Bottom line: I am happy with your help. Glad I found you on the Net.

Batteries never arrived
Batteries never arrived, contacted customer services they could not be certain they were delivered. Sent out a second order, they never arrived either, even though address and eircode were correct
They just gave me a refund of the cost.
Wasted a whole month - not pleased
