I have purchased an item for valentines day on 12 Feb 2025. i received an email from them that it has been shipped on 16Feb 2025. Till now i have yet to receive my item. Write to them many times but no response.

Purchased an engraved heart locket as a Valentines Day gift and here I am on 10 March still without the product or a response to my 20 emails, 3 voice mails and 5 feedback forms.

I ordered an engraved gold letter with envelope for my daughter for Christmas. 2 days before Christmas I contacted them because tracking said it had stopped being updated. The last sighting was in China (?!). I requested the money back and meanwhile had to go shopping again. The locket turned up yesterday - 27th December. Not gold and without the leather jewellery case I'd also ticked as a gift.

They send incomplete orders.

I have order a necklace, a keychain and a gift box. Result : when I opened my package, the necklace and the gift box were missing ! I have sent an email to customer support who never provided a solution. Worse : they rejected my claim through Paypal because they asked to return the items... The MISSING items ! So beware, I do not recommend to order with them !

AVOID. They don’t send the product or reply to emails. SCAM

This was the most painful shopping experience ive had in all my days. The engraving is microscopical and illegible, the lock of the book is snapped and arrived 5 days later than scheduled...just 100% horrible

Sadly this is a scam. I won’t get my item nor will I get my a refund and they also won’t answer when I contact them. They had such a great gift idea… don’t buy from here. They sent an item without tracking and without my name and address knowing it would be returned. And after that they ghost you.

The magnet on the envelope was faulty and kept opening and card falling out. Tried to resolve and they ghosted me. Don’t buy from this conpany.

I ordered a piece of jewellery for last Christmas and it never turned up. They sent it to the wrong address in the uk knowing it would be returned. When l contacted them to find out where it was and to get a refund, they blocked me. They still have my money and its now at the end of March and l am still without the product. They are scammers and l have reported them to action fraud here in the uk

Absolutely awful experience, please avoid at all cost. The biggest delays in replying to my emails, faulty item delivered and then wanted to charge me again for a replacement.....

Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.

Would have been zero stars but that isn't an option.

Ordered from them on 02/02/2024 and it’s now 29/02/2024 and still haven’t received them item.. was for Valentine’s Day bear in mind!! Complete joke when trying to contact them too. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM!!!

Broke after one day. This was a Christmas present for my daughter, paid nearly $50 for it and have seen the same product on TEMU for $7. Contacted company and have not heard back for a month. Definitely a 'social media business' just making quick cash and not a legit quality jewelry business. Stay away.

If I could give 0 stars I would. A scam of a company. Customer service is non existent. Wish I looked up reviews prior to purchasing. Never again

Bought the envelope locket for a Christmas present and it broke after a day. Contacted them 2nd Jan and they won’t replace but will provide a magnet at a cost of £14. They won’t replace as it was more than 2 weeks after purchase, even though it was a Christmas present.Poorly made products I would steer clear

Don't purchase anything from here. Necklace fell to bits after two days wear. They wanted 15USD to replace it.

Oh dear! Appalling Admin and Service, lack of urgency and attention to acknowledgement. One Star is far Too high!. I purchased an item in good faith and trust. They Would not commit to informing us of dates, status of their processing, or a date due for item to be sent out and an expected date of delivery. I eventually had to get PayPal involved.
For anyone reading this Please don't get yourself involved with this slack Australian Company. Unprofessional and tardy so steer clear. This Saga started 09/12/2023 ongoing. They are a shame to their Beautiful county which I know so well.

Purchased a necklace but needed to amend my order. Really bad customer service, really bad responding back via emails. Do not purchase from this online jewellery shop.

I ordered a necklace from here and there was no confirmation email, when I went to track the chain there was no record of it, I tried contacting them through the contact us section on the website and through email and the customer service was non existent. I Looked up a few other sites to see if it was a scam and one site had a 3/100 rating. Probably should have done this before buying lol
