Annual Boiler Service which was done efficiently and excellent boiler performance now. Gareth also gave us a very helpful chat on energy saving tips by correct use of thermostats and control settings on the boiler.

The booking process was easy. I was given a choice of appointment times, and this was confirmed by text and email before the day. The engineer and his mate, both bilingual, arrived punctually and were friendly and polite. The work was carried out quietly and efficiently and everything they did was explained before they left. The invoice was sent by email. All in all, a very efficient process, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I asked this company to quote me for some work over 6 weeks ago. They did not want to take a look in person but said I would be quoted "over email", I provided pictures as requested and some more detail but heard nothing back.

Always keep you informed of your appointment. Polite and courteous take care of your property. Reasonable prices. Would not hesitate to recommend.

We have employed the services of HeatGlow for a number of years as their service is exceptional. The communication with them is prompt and clear and they are always polite, tidy and easy to deal with. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

They arrived at the appointed time and very efficiently
removed the old boiler and flue and replaced with a Worcester combi boiler and wifi easy control system.
Everything was cleaned up and left in a tidy and presentable condition.

This local company are great because they have several engineers which means you don’t have to wait ages for a call-out- and they arrive on the agreed date and time with no hassle. Also they send you reminders for their arrival, with updates - you can even track online their progress on their way to you. They have fitted a gas hob for me and also gave my boiler the most thorough servicing it has ever had (ha). They were prompt, courteous, tidy and professional. Highly recommend.

Excellent service - highly recommend using HeatGlow. Gareth was quick to respond to my enquiry and was able to get the new boiler ordered and installed in less than a week. Superb!

Very pleased with all aspects of dealing with HeatGlow in connection with the replacement of my central heating boiler. My initial enquiry, the subsequent visit by Gareth, and the presentation of their proposal was very efficient and professional. On the day of installation they arrived punctually. The flue had to be completely changed to meet current regulations. This involved hiring a cherry picker so that they could gain access to the roof which was beyond the range of ladders. The whole installation/commissioning process went smoothly. Gareth programmed the system and showed me how to alter the timings and temperatures if I needed to. The system has been running for 3 weeks and I am very happy with it. I would thoroughly recommend HeatGlow, and already have to some neighbours - I normally don't make recommendations.

HeatGlow installed our new condensing combi boiler a year ago with 10 year Bosch warranty included. Such a neat, careful installation and the boiler itself has proved to be highly efficient and a lot more economical than our old one. We signed up to the service contract for a small monthly sum and today had the first annual service. All done and peace of mind for another year.
