Heaven Gifts E-Cigarette Avaliações 

I have been a recurring user of Heaven Gifts, but the service has deteriorated too much. They always made mistakes and I always gave them the trust credit, but not anymore.
In addition to impoverishing purchase and shipping options for products, now they have no shame in recognizing that their responses to customer requirements have been wrong, that they gave wrong answers, but still so the one that has to amend their mistakes am I, their client.
That was what happened to me recently: when placing an order for several products, I advanced to its review, payment and shipping, but I could not complete the planned actions: the page answered that there are no shipping options to my country. I requested clarification from the customer support and I was strongly displeased by his response: illogical, incoherent and misleading.
I have several years of experience buying supplies for my e-Leaf on this platform. The consultant replies that they can no longer send the atomizer replacement coils TOGETHER with e-liquids. So now I have to pay TWO SHIPMENTS SEPARATELY: one for coils, and another one just for e-liquids. And to make matters worse, the customer service employee answers me with a smiley face emoticon. I replied that I am not going to do it and that is a fraudulent way from Heaven Gifts to increase the buyer's expenses and double their shipping costs for the merchandise purchased. Of course, I DID NOT PAY Heaven Gifts for two shipments; I simply did not buy their e-liquids again: I prefer to buy it from other suppliers that are less creative in scamming customers. A couple of days after, I received a new email from the same dope from Heaven Gifts customer support, but now with another emoticon: a sad face. On this occasion, he tells me "what a pity, I was wrong, the coils and e-liquid can be sent together to your country, so you can buy them again ..." It is clear that Heaven Gifts customer service believes me crazy or stupid, but I won't do more shopping there or ask for any assistance on this platform.

I’m excited about the RDA I ordered, although I do see in the reviews that some are not happy, hey I know that my item is coming from so far away I trust this comp from word of mouth, I won’t be the one crying over a couple of bucks like some do, the worse that could happen is I loose my low priced item, but that’s not gonna happen, I order from China a lot of time and have the patience to wait.... so like I said I’m excited to get my dejavu RDA that I’m getting for such a low price from HEAVEN GIFTS... thank you!!!! But in the mean time I’ll continue VAPING with all the other RDAs or tanks I ordered from far away... no regrets here 😉 now I have the luxury to vape like those that spend so much, plus they are authentic to.... no more digging far into my pockets thanks to companies like heaven gifts. 5 stars for sure.

Do not order from this company unless you like dealing with terrible customer service, I would give 0 stars if I could, I have been dealing with this warranty claim for over 2 months to no avail. I ordered a Oumier wasp nano RTA and received a defective RTA, I have been dealing with there "customer service" if you can call it that fir almost 2 months now and they wanted me to send them a 10 minute video showing the product was defective, I made the video and sent it in 5 times and they keep telling me they have not received it, so I made a new video and have now sent it in 7 more times and they give me the same answer. Now today I got an email saying that there server is not working properly and they have a hard time receiving videos and told me to make my own YouTube channel so they can access it remotely. This is totally unacceptable to me I have followed there warranty to the letter and have wasted countless hours making 10 minute long videos and sending them in. They say as soon as they receive the video they will send me a new oumier wasp nano RTA but I think they are ignoring my videos purposely. All I want is a working Oumier wasp nano RTA like I ordered. My friend is going through a similar problem he ordered a box mod a tank and a set of 18650 batteries, the batteries turned out to be counterfeit but luckily the company that makes the batteries sent him a new set and he had them in 3 days thanks to good customer service through a reputable company unlike this one, the battery issue was solved but when he opened the box mod and tank package they sent him the wrong tank and the wring mod, the tank had scratches on it as well just like mine did and it was sealed so it wasn't from a customs inspection, the box mod is about 2 years old and completely different than the proton he ordered and they are not helping him at all. So on behalf of all the vapers out there please read these reviews before purchasing because there are reputable companies out there that have great customer service and never sell counterfeit, damaged or deffective items without immediately replacing them through good customer service. I hope heavengifts does the rite thing and gets me the RTA I ordered and paid for.

They are all fake reviews, written by the same person. That tells you the integrity of their business.

På trods af at jeg på deres forlangende uploade en video der tydeligt viste defekten til youtube og sendte link til dem(nok temmelig besværligt for de fleste) ville de ikke anderkende og sende en ny.

Maybe not the cheapest from China, but guaranteed to be original and to arrive. Great service great price and great quality.

I've dealt with many sellers and this is the first seller that intentionally tried to cheat me. The vape mod I received was defective and they told me to update the firmware. When that didn't solve the problems I asked for a replacement for the defective mod and they immediately stopped answering my msgs. I opened a case with Aliexpress and they tried to block my refund In a very stupid and dishonest way. Aliexpress gave me a refund for the defective vape mod. I am an avid vaper and am active in the vaping community and not only will I never buy from Heavengifts again, My friends won't either and anytime we are discussing sellers/suppliers on the vaping forums I will tell about my bad experience with Heavengifts.

I've ordered with thousands of dollars from them, because as a retailer I order all my vape products that I sell to my customers from Heaven Gifts. I have own contact person there who I can always contact by phone or Whatsapp. I don't see a reason why some people don't trust them. I'm sure there's just some misunderstanding happened between the customer and Heaven Gifts.

Very slow shipping, if shipping at all. Not worth the few pennies you save. Worst e-cig shop around with terrible customer service. When ordering through Aliexpress, make sure you file a dispute in time, after no more than 45 days, or your money will be gone. They claim to use Express ePacket, but that's a lie, and steal a few extra dimes by using the cheapest shipping method available.

I started out by using AliExpress, then they changed to Alibaba, then it was handed over to Heaven gifts. I cannot get an answer from anyone on my tracking information or when my order should arrive. I definitely would not order from these people

Ordered 2atomisers at the beginning of August for which I payed £31:02 I have never received them as they well know but they have taken my money and refused to refund me.the police tell me there is nothing they can do about this.these people are thieves PLEASE DO NOT BUY from this disgraceful set up they are thieving scum.unfortunately I had to give a one star rating as I could find no way to give them a true rating of no stars.BE WARNED.

My problem is that they sold me a couple devices and 2 days later e-mailed me saying that they had to get one of them from a different warehouse and I had to pay$1.50 more to get it which seems crazy and now my delivery date is extended by another 3 weeks. It just seems like they know that I can't do anything about it because they are in China and there is nobody to regulate how they do business or something so they don't care about me as a single customer. I don't know it's frustrating.

If you have problems with shipping delays look if it's partial pre order or preorder and click on the link to see the time wait.

I think people should educate themselves on a site before buying so they don't come on here and rant.

I don’t understand a lot of these reviews complaining they ordered a product and it’s a month later and they haven’t got it yet. They aren’t fraudulent, you are ordering from China, shipping takes time. Also I’d bet you chose the cheapest rate so anyplace in China shipping on the slow boat is going to take a month minimum. I don’t love this place or anything, it’s decent. Prices are good, shipping is more expensive than other Chinese sites(most offer free shipping for slow boat) but overall a decent vendor. People if you can’t wait a couple months to receive your order than buy from a vendor in the same country as yourself. So in closing, this place is legit, not fraudsters, prices are good, shipping is expensive, selection is good. That’s the truth, if you have patience feel free to order from HG.

I checked the codes of authenticity and passed the control on the manufacturer's website. The products correspond to the description and have not undergone any deterioration during transport. I think I'll order from them again. The price of the shipment is a little high.
