Smelled like it had been dipped in crab juice.

Top was completely a different material than described.

Do not order from here. I ordered a dress for $300.00 looked absolutely nothing like the picture when it came and was SO ugly. I shipped it back as a return and had to pay $110 . They ended up returning it. So I'm out over $400.

The dress was poorly constructed, and incredibly inaccurate in dimensions. I was asked to send photographs Of myself in the dress. I requested a refund. The fabric is cheap and looks and feel and this is something that would Wear well assuming they like cheap fabric on a short fat pregnant woman. If you are thin, average build, or don’t like the feel of cheap, heavy fabric, don’t buy from this company.

Keine echten Bewertungen auf der Seite, Geld bekommt man nicht zurück, lange Wartezeit bis das Kleid ankommt und sehr teure Versandkosten (aus China) und dafür sehr kurze (für Brautartikel) Rückgabefrist. Man bleibt auf den Kosten sitzen. Das Produkt ist NICHT gut, trotz der zahlreichen begeisterten „Bewertungen“.

If only I read all these reviews before purchasing. Every single one is exactly my experience. The quality of the bridesmaid dresses I got are very cheap, thin and not even lined, the sizing is way off and the stitching my 3 year old could do better. The colour is nothing like the picture. This company is a rip off

What went wrong with this company ???? Everything .
1 . I received my bridesmaids dress today tried it on. Only momentarily .
Not only. Does it look like it's been multi coloured at the front the design is nothing like. We wanted cheap scratchy material. It was shoved inside out into a tiny zip bag.
I've contacted them they have refused to give me a refund . They offered 10 percent of 160.00 minus the 50 odd dollars I paid for shipping so that's 16.00 plus if I wanted to return it I have to pay a 15 percent dry-cleaning fee ! Wth Why so in other words they won't return my money I am contacting the bank and also consumer watch dog ad they claim to be in Australia . I'm also contacting the authorities of this company being fraudulent.
And after seeing all these claims there's truth it's a shame we can't all post our master pieces ! This is a shame and just disgusting to take peoples money like that promising beautiful gowns what a fake and phony you are ! I don't want a 10 percent refund I want the full it's well within the 14 days and it's the whole dress not just the colour .

Paid for the dress as quoted in Aus$ which they then changed to US$. Cancelled my order in less than 5 minutes and they would not give full refund only partial. Reported to my bank and after multiple emails and offers from Hebeos did get a full refund if i promised to withdraw my report to the bank.

Bitte Leute kauft nicht bei Hebeos die sind Betrüger ich habe Kleider gekauft und zurück geschickt ich habe mein Geld nicht bekommen und die antworten nicht Finger weg bitte von Hebeos

If I could rate zero I would. Very disappointed and annoyed. Do not waste your time or money!!! Looking at the website you think why so cheap- it’s rubbish. The quality is rubbish, the tailoring is rubbish. For us, there are multiple spots where random bits of material poke out on the dress from rubbish measuring and stitching. It has a low back and it pops out on the bottom instead of sitting flat along the body. The material was not even the colour we ordered for crying out loud!!!! Stitches down the corset stopped 3/4 down in places, in others cotton hanging off. It was unwearable truly and then they said we would be charged if we returned it!!!! AVOID.

I would never purchase anything from this company again. I ordered a dress for my daughters wedding, the size is correct but it is very tight in the arms and the fabric is super cheap feeling with no give at all. I could never be comfortable enough in this dress to actually wear it, couldn't even move my arms in it. I have e mailed multiple times, no response whatsoever. I'm going to try just mailing it back, because I don't know how to get a phone number for them, I do not see one anywhere on the site. Really disappointing, but learned my lesson.

Wenn ich 0 geben könnte, würde ich das tun. Würde nie mehr dort bestellen! Völlig falsche Größe, es wird eine Erstattung von 30% angeboten, oder Rückversand nach China?! Auf eigene Kosten!

For what I paid I’m ok with what happened. But if it had been worse I would have been angry.
- When I opened the packaging I instantly upset as I thought it was going to be horrible. I didn’t like the fabric at all. But after putting it on and seeing some photos it looks great for what I paid.
Some dramas tho….
- The arms of the dress are not lace. They are very ridged and also most plastic like. But when it’s on, you can’t tell by looking at it. So the photos will be ok.
- There are some pink/red marks on the front of the dress. They don’t seem to be noticeable in photos and they are faint, but when I spoke to them they said they would give me $40 back, which just infuriated me.
I said I wanted to return the dress and just kept getting excuses. They then offered me $60. I started to quote their returns policy but it got me nowhere, so I asked them to give me $100 back, which they did.
To be fair, it’s going to be fine but if it was worse then I’d be much angrier as from all the comments they just won’t let you return.
- Another thing I noticed with the quality. The pattern doesn’t match up and mirror properly on the back of the dress, but the website photos show it matching.
I’m sure most won’t notice, but just annoying.
Overall I paid $300 inc shipping and custom sizing.
Got $100 back, so just $200 overall.

Needing some more alterations which I’m having done. So not sure on the final price, but it won’t be a fraction of the price of ones I was looking at in bridal stores!

Probably, actually definitely wouldn’t order from them again tho.

Oh! One last thing. Funny how my review hasn’t made it to their website. And in all fairness, it wasn’t that bad.

Achtung: Im Kleingedruckten wird auf Zölle hingewiesen. In meinem Fall musste ich bei einem Warenwert von Euro 152 sagenhafte Euro 75 an Zoll, Steuern und Gebühren bezahlen inkl. Euro 15, die sich das Transportunternehmen FedEx auch noch unter den Nagel reißt. Des weiteren sind die Fotos der Kleider mit keiner guter Auflösung gemacht worden. Somit bin ich, obwohl ich ein weißes Kleid bestellt habe, mit einem hautfarbenen (Unter)Tüll negativ überrascht worden. Dies ist sowohl bei Vergrößerung des Fotos als auch in der Beschreibung nicht ersichtlich gewesen. Hände weg.

Totale verasche.Ich habe für meiner Tochter ein Abschlussball Kleid bestellt.
Nach Maß geschnitten, leider war doch nicht nach Maß eine Seite war kürze wie die andere.
Kommt zu spät und noch zu kurz.
Die Enttäuschung war groß
Paar Tage später habe ich zusätzlich eine Rechnung in der Höhe 80,95€ von Zoll bekommen
Muss noch zusätzlich Steuer und Zoll Gebühren zahlen

Sehr schlechte Erfarung.Erstens ist Bestellung zu spät angekommen.Es ist unmöglich die Sendung zurück zu schiken.Mir wurde angebotten das Kleid zu behalten und selbst verkaufen,oder nach mehreren e.mail.haben sie die adresse von CHINA geschikt,ich muss alles bezahlen,überwachen die Rücksendung und die ziehen 15% vom Artikelpreis ab. Die Steuer und Zollgebühren sind im Preis nicht enthalten

Das Kleid war viel zu lang und sah auch nicht aus wie auf dem Bild. Der Kundendienst ist auch nicht freundlich! 15% von dem Preis wird einbehalten für die Reinigung obwohl man es nur anprobiert hat und dann wieder sofort verpackt hat ! Der Versand bekommt man nicht zurück den Versand den wir ausgegeben haben knapp 50 Euro für das zurück schicken bekommt man auch nicht! Es wurde mehr von der Visa Karte abgebucht als auf der Rechnung steht ! Haltet Abstand von diesem Laden !!!!
