Please be careful with this platform. The biggest issue is that they're using unlicensed therapists. When you're seeking mental health support, you absolutely need someone with proper training and credentials, and an unlicensed individual simply can't provide that professional level of care. On top of that, there's been a serious history of repeated data leaks obviously which I only learned now doing my research. You don't want to compromise your privacy.
I was personally dealing with a tough family loss, I desperately looked for help and found this platform. They offered immediate sessions at what seemed like really fair prices. I started working with a "therapist," but something just felt off. When I reached out to support, they weren't much help.
Turns out, my gut feeling was right. I Googled the guy, and despite the platform claiming he had a psychology degree, he only had some coaching seminar certificate. That was a huge red flag. I even contacted the Czech psychotherapy association, and they confirmed he wasn't a licensed therapist or psychologist – and apparently, this wasn't their first issue with this platform. Seriously, steer clear of these scammers!
