Nice quality media console
I’m happy with my black cabinet. It was packed very well. It looks just as I expected. I wanted a modern look and the low profile fit the bill. The rattan doors are a nice touch to the look and works well with the recommended height for tv. I chose this company also because your return policy sounded more reliable than the least expensive price I found. So I paid about $100 more.

Inventory is not accurate because I ordered an item. Only to find out it was not in stock and experienced a delayed refund because there was a verification process to ensure the “not in stock item” was not shipped.

Best customer service.
I recently purchased a set of accent chairs and had to return due to damage on one of the chairs. After contacting their customer support they quickly got back to me with answer and options to assist with the process. I was WOWED with their service and they were very helpful throughout the whole experience. I know there are lots of sites out there that are competing for your business, but I would definitely recommend Hedgeapple for your home needs.

I ordered a picture grouping of three. Unfortunately, one of the pictures arrived broken. Customer service was really amazing. After sending pictures of the damage were given via email, a replacement was sent immediately. Couldn’t be happier with the prints. They look great. Very satisfied and impressed with your company.

The stool you sent had a defected glaze. You passed this off as basically normal. I had to go to some extent to get Emissary to intervene. Should I expect with my future purchases?

To clarify, the glaze variation you referenced was reviewed both internally and directly with the manufacturer. The finish was confirmed to be consistent with the natural glazing process used on this item and was not classified as a manufacturing defect.
Despite this, and in an effort to ensure you were satisfied, we worked directly with Emissary to take an additional step that is not standard practice. A member of their team personally unboxed and reviewed multiple pieces of the item you ordered in order to locate one that more closely aligned with your expectations.
This level of involvement went well beyond what is typically offered when an item is confirmed to be within manufacturer standards, and it was done solely as a goodwill effort to improve your experience.
While we’re disappointed to hear that you still feel a one-star review is warranted, we respect your right to share your perspective. We will continue evaluating our processes and product descriptions to ensure expectations are as clear as possible for future customers.
