Plants are excellent and they are a 5 star.
Only slight disappointment was the delivery. Driver just unloaded the pallet blocking the pavement and didn't make any contact with me whatever. Never told me my delivery had come and no paperwork. A member of the public came and complained that the pallet was blocking the footpath that is how I knew my delivery was there. Not the best when the pallet was worth considerable money. But as for plants, first class. Many thanks

Prompt and careful delivery with useful communication as to delivery time. Personal touch with emails from the sellers and the hedges were true to description in health and size. Would recommend to others .

Overall, we had a good experience with Hedges Hedges. We pre-ordered a pallet deal of laurels and booked a specific delivery date in line with the pre-order availability on the website. We received regular email updates from Hedges Hedges including one confirming they'd been dispatched so all looked good. We booked the day off work to ensure we were home for the delivery. The delivery date arrived and as we'd had no communication from the carrier I contacted Hedges Hedges. At first, they didn't seem to recognise the order but did eventually track it down. They advised the order had been held by the carrier, (for what reason, they didn't know) and the laurels weren't scheduled for delivery as confirmed. Issues happen, it is what it is and Hedges Hedges advised they would pay an additional fee to the carrier to deliver them to us first thing the next day.

The laurels arrived the next morning, most of them in perfect condition. 4 were damaged due to having a bag of compost on top of them throughout transit. Having been in the ground a couple of weeks now, the 4 that were damaged have bounced back and I think that speaks to the health and quality of them.

They were good value for money. Whilst we do try to shop local wherever we can, owing to the volume of laurels we needed, Hedges Hedges just beat everywhere on price by a considerable amount with the pallet deal they were offering. Overall, happy customers!

Very pleased with the plants we received and the free compost and nutrients were an added bonus. Would definitely order again.

It was so easy and quick delivery time...I was most impressed by the quality of hedges that we ordered, they were all green, bushy and correct height as described...it got delivered within 2 days of making the order.

This company was so helpful, I required the delivery to be delayed due to a road being closed for resurfacing outside my property and was done with good communication. Plant arrived in excellent condition and is now in the ground. Looking forward to this spreading out to give a bit of privacy. Great company and would recommend.
