Another customer robbed of their hard earned money.
The lady that was helping me was nice and professional but the woman working behind us felt the need to chime in when I declined the overpriced insurance. First off, that was my decision to make and secondly it was none of her damn business.I came in for a debt consolidation loan and I do not like the fact that they chose the accounts to pay off. That should have been my decision. Looking back on this experience I honestly shouldn't have made the 45 minute drive. Companies like this prey on desperation. I highly suggest getting a loan from your bank instead of places like this because the interest rates are through the roof. It should honestly be illegal but they all do it. Hard lesson learned, oh well, too late now.
