The Marinette office use to be a highly…
The Marinette office used to be a highly rated office to work with..... Brittney is great but Christy needs to have more customer service training. The way she talk's to people is completely unprofessional and down right rude. I have dealt with some wonderful people out of the Marinette office and one bad seed tarnished it for my family and I. If you need to use this company I recommend you go to a different office or go online. The lack of customer service is not worth your hard earned money or time.

Hung up on
After receiving a notice that I was behind on my payment, I called my local branch to set up an automatic payment for the full past due amount for when I would be getting my paycheck. However, the woman that answered was immediately aggressive and rude as soon as she pulled up my account and noticed I was behind two payments. I tried to explain what happened and said when I could pay the full amount. Instead of being met with any sort of courtesy and professionalism, she proceeded to chastise and aggressively speak to me, and before I could even set up the automatic payment, she hung up on me. I have been a customer since 2018, with my first loan paid off in full early. The customer service I received today was truly disheartening.
