Updated 11/05/24. I was refunded the amount in question.

They screwed up And took two payments from me this month. Dolores called me Just before five p m On october twenty fifth And my payment Was done over the phone. Monday morning I received notification from my debit card that another payment for the same amount was taken out. That is three days later. I have talked to Both the branch manager and dolores And submit it photos only to be told. I have to send them a bank statement.
Which is not ready for October yet.
And they have no Record Of my october twenty fifth payment. What they did was put me in a financial Bind.

Been able to return several times for help and never have I had a problem with the service. Very knowledgeable staff and always greeted with friendly service.

Rebecca very polite very nice. And renew my loan of course.
