I would not recommend this product nor company. I was not happy with the product and requested cancellation of my subscription - I have since been charged twice for subscriptions! They make it very difficult to contact anyone and impossible to cancel subscription - don't purchase from them!

One of my filters broke so I contacted support and it took a week and half to get a yes answer for them to resend me a new one. But once they did they sent me a new one!

I couldn’t be happier with the difference Helios has made in my home. Since installing their water filter system, I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my skin. The water feels noticeably cleaner and softer, and my skin has been less dry and irritated than before. It’s amazing how much of a difference high-quality filtered water can make in everyday things like showering and washing your face.

Customer service is horrible. They don't have a customer service phone number and I have sent multiple emails attempting to end my subscription because they charge $30+ per every two months just for the replacements. Scam. Buy one from amazon, they're cheaper and work better. DO NOT purchase the subscription. filter works fine enough but nothing special and probably not worth the price.

Just bought this filter for my girlfriend last week, she was complaining about red skin and skin irritation. There seems to be a white build up, but ever since I got her this filter it hasn’t been happening. I feel a noticeable difference in my skin and my hands feel so much softer. I didn’t realize a filter for skin care would make such a difference in my skin, especially my hands. I feel like my hand moisturizer locks into my skin on my palms much deeper and my girlfriend says my hands has become much softer the last couple weeks.

Honestly, I wish I had found the Heliosfilter sooner. Out of all the filter systems I've tried, i always still had a weird taste in my water. I chose the hydration-infused filter and already signed up for the subscription. Its the best investment to get for your overall health. Highly highly highly recommend!!

I bought this a few months ago thru a ad on instagram. I see other filters and this one caught my attention because the vitamin C and seriously it is the best thing I have ever bought ! My skin is more soft, brighter and less dry. I even got a facial scan last month that decreased my skin age by 3 years, and that was the only change I did in my routine. Very impressed with the product and looking into getting a solid subscription

I wish I had gotten this showerhead a while back for my bathroom. I live in New York City, and the water is pretty bad bc I live in an old apartment building. As soon as I started using it, my skin was less irritated and dry. Highly recommend them if you're looking to filter your water out.

Probably the best wellness product Ive purchased and now I cant live without.
