The boots I got are gorgeous! I love them! I didn't have any experience with customer service. I didn't have to return anything so I can't speak to that.

I have 6 pairs of boots from this company any i love them all definitely a game changer for me as a dancer. When I had a minor issue they gladfully gave me a credit and I was satisfied with customer service.

I was recommended Hella Heels by my peers and dance instructors as someone who was curious about getting my first set of 8" dance heels. I usually wear a 6.5 or 7 in US sizes for shoes, and typically go for a 7 with heels because I have a wide toe box. And even so, sometimes regular "nice heels" will just be too narrow for me or just be a little uncomfortable. I put the size US7 clear 8" heeled sandles that I wanted on my wishlist, and when they finally restocked, I immediately ordered them! They're gorgeous! And very hardy, I fell out of one when I didn't tighten the ankle strap enough since it was my first time dancing in them, and they remained unfazed. I did have to break them in just a little by wearing thick socks in them for a bit, but now they fit perfectly like a dream. There's no pinching or choking discomfort I'd get in other heeled shoes! Sometimes I wear them around my apartment if I'm feeling a little low (not just physically!). Would definitely recommend! The white inside gets a little discolored but that's just natural wear by my feet, so no worries!

I've bought a couple things from Hella. I absolutely LOVE their heels! They're so comfy and durable. I bought the black suede peep-toe ombre boots and the clear heel protectors to match and they're still going strong, months after continuous use! Highly recommend!

I messed up and bought a size too small in a color that wasn't for me and Hella gave me a gift card worth more than the original shoes. Honestly, though, I live for their og gliteratti materials because they're so sticky while also beings sleek. I also have super skinny feet and Hella overall fits better in the toebox than Pleaser. Generally, I feel their build is the quality I prefer-- it's sturdy and cute. Not a fear for these shoes lasting!

I have patiently waited for these amazing boots and its was so worth it. For my first 9 inch heels, they're still comfy and very easy to walk in.

I feel powerful when I clack the platforms together and very tall when I walk in them.

bought their Glitterati thigh high heels and the knee padding makes floor work easier on my knees. Very comfortable too!

Sizes are spot on and very comfortable compared to the competition.

ICONIC SHOES

Have worn my shoes about 6 times now to dance. INCREDIBLE. I have very wide feet and got the size 8 as recommended. Just amazing. The clack noises they make, iconic, the comfort of the shoe itself, iconic.

Hellas are my favorite boots! I love the built in knee pads, the sparkles! (Ooh- glitterati!). And- my favorite non boot feature is the helpful table of how sticky your shoes are going to be! No surprises!!

Awesome boots, received them really quickly, they are a great fit, true to size and extremely well made. Have had others in the past but would never go back, Hella Heels are the BOMB !! Hellas are definitely the go to boot or shoe at my pole studio.
