Disgraceful Customer Service
Booked Hellamaid 3 weeks in advance to do a move-out cleaning. They contacted me 1.5 days before my scheduled appointment to tell me they had rescheduled my appointment for the following month because they had no cleaners available. This obviously would not work because the cleaning needs to be done before the move-out date, hence why I booked the move-out service, and why I booked 3 weeks in advance.
I called their customer service line. The agent was barely audible. After asking several times to be transferred to another agent with a clearer line, I was told that they only have one customer service agent. After asking to speak to the supervisor, I was sent to a voicemail box. I never received a callback.

Hi Jake, thank you for taking the time to share this, and we're sorry for the frustration here. Rescheduling your move-out clean on short notice isn't the experience we want for anyone, and we own that it caused you real stress.
For some added context: the new date we offered was only a few days out from your original appointment, which happened to land at the start of the following month. And the call you reference came in around 7:30pm, after our customer service hours, which is why live transfer and supervisor options weren't available at that time.
None of that changes that we let you down on timing, and for that we apologize.
