The platform went offline for around a month and nearly 2 months you cannot login. AppSumo who sold the product have refused to provide refunds. The platform has clearly been superseded by AI models with reasoning and thinking.

Give this one a miss.

Save your money. The company will not provide anything that they offer from the website page. They had an Appsumo deal that they did not honer. Look it up, go to Appsumo and check the many 1 star reveiws. Only because you can select ZERO Stars. Buyer Beware, purchase if you want to...

Helloscribe has been a total lifesaver! It's become my one-stop shop for nailing marketing, strategy, and communication.

Although recently Helloscribe (the company) has had a few Hiccups (which they have resolved, btw), their AI has always produced exceptional content. I'm looking forward to the announced innovations that has recently been disclosed on Discord, which will make the platform even better as a marketing tool.

When I first bought HelloScribe, it stood out as the best on the market. The output quality and the unique library of writing styles were unmatched. The founder clearly understands marketing, copywriting, and advertising.

However, issues arose around token usage and changes in plans and terms. Miscommunication exacerbated these problems, frustrating many customers. I believe the founder's forward-thinking approach didn't resonate with users at the time, especially regarding autonomous agents, which he was pioneering before they became popular.

Recently, a server issue caused significant downtime, adding to customer frustration due to poor communication. Although some viewed it as a scam, I never believed that. The real problem was the lack of communication.

Despite these issues, the application itself is robust and innovative. The founder continues to push the boundaries with autonomous agent technology, which is now gaining widespread attention. It's unfortunate that past communication failures overshadow this innovation.

Would I buy HelloScribe again? Absolutely. The tool works well, is fast, and offers groundbreaking features. The lack of communication hurt its reputation, but its potential is immense.

Using this tool for more then a year now and it’s transformed how we do marketing in our agency. Amazing video scripts, great brainstorming tool and many other options. Plus, they have the autonomous reasoning which I don’t use but has so much potential.

I've been a Helloscribe user since 2022 and appreciate the consistent growth. For me, It has been an important tool in my workflow for drafting marketing and media strategic documents. The Brainstorm tool in Precision mode, has become my go-to for generating many ideas. And the Autopilot mode is an amazing tool that I rely on to create full-fledged strategic plans. Recently I create a plan for a topic that my other AI tools choked on. Helloscrib created a 15 page detailed strategy including excellent examples. Impressive.

Understandably, there have been a couple of hiccups along the way. It's a new tool and the team is implementing huge game changing functions. I worked for software companies, so I am aware of the challenges and unexpected problems. I was patient for the growing pains.

The recent improvements in quality, speed, and fluency are remarkable. It's an exceptional AI tool for anyone who needs to create high-quality, strategic marketing documents and then some.

Update 2/25/2025: The company has been silent for some months now, only a couple after I posted my August review. They had a functional reasoning model. Unfortunately, they haven't kept it alive. Their basic GPT 3.5 features work, but it's basically no different than free general LLM use now.

This was a great starter that fizzled without the user base knowing why.

I've had, and use the software since 2022. Every year, the platform has gotten better and the quality of the output has improved. Of course, there have been bumps along the way - something even Steve Jobs recognized about the iPhone in his 2007 letter to those frustrated with a $200 price drop after being released for only 10 weeks - so I'm not shilling that early adopters haven't faced the experience of real early adopters. Yet, I have not found a better platform for high quality, strategic document draft research and writing. If you are developing proposals that have to be seen and presented in front of investors, VPs, C-Suite, and boards, you know the amount of work and word smithing that takes place. And, you know how much work it takes to get to the point where the real review of the work and its preparation for presentation begins. I estimate that I have saved at least 5 hours and in some cases more than 15 hours per project that I have worked on inside of the platform. Over the last two months, the quality, the speed, and the fluency of the system has improved again. Prior to that improvement there was about a month glitch that frustrated a lot of the user base, but I haven't experienced that any longer, and the team remedied any issues faced by the users during that period after the fact. It was a tough moment, in particular because the platform is so good. If it weren't, I don't think people would be concerned or complaining as much as they were. That's why people complain about great products - because losing access to them can be workflow breaking and value destruction for those reliant upon them.

Would not trust HelloScribe. Bought a unlimited lifetime deal through AppSumo around March 2023... by April 2024 HelloScribe unilaterally changes deal and limits usage. Instead of unlimited HelloScribe now uses a token system. I wonder what other terms will not be honored. I would not recommend HelloScribe as they have proven to be untrustworthy.

I bought a package deal with HelloScribe only to find out a few months later that they dishonored it and deleted my account after having collected my money. I learned immediately after that this had actually happened to hundreds of other people as well. HelloScribe is definitely not a trustworthy company, and I would strongly advise against signing up with them.

It's a scam. You will be charged, you will be added to lists you didn't sign up for, you will be disappointed. Wolf in sheep's clothing.

Excellent tool, best output by far among the many writers I have tried. Passes AI and Plagiarism tests 100% for a majority of outputs and it sounds great to read.

I am very satisfied with what Helloscribe has to offer. Their content generation is excellent and the writer toolkit helps me to rewrite my articles into something more professional. The functions to draft emails and messages to customers are amazing and can rival Chatgpt. The brainstorming tool is also great for coming up with new ideas or ways to take my business to the next level. The first draft writer could use some improvement, but overall I think it's a great tool for generating content. With more than 80 different writing tools available, Helloscribe is definitely worth considering for anyone looking for quality content.
