They will drop you if you complain.
The app and card worked well for many months. But recently I was seeing glitches and having to write support. The frustrating issue I have with Till is the fund transferring. I understand the 3-5 days processing due to Plaid, but there's other cards out there that have work arounds for instant transfer into parent wallet (via debit card).
The latest issue I had was when I initiated a transfer, which failed. But then 2 days later it comes out of my account. When I write to question what is happening they never admit their issues, just say 'wait 3-5 days'. (Support is generally very quick to respond, but feel like canned responses) I would have been happier if they would have just admitted it was a glitch in their system and let me know that the transfer was still proceeding.
Transfer finally completed 7 days after initial request. Then I get an email from Till saying they are dropping me as a customer stating 'based on your account activity'. Meaning - if you complain too much, they will drop you.

My name is Le'Shea Fuller and I had the opportunity to work with Till in 2020-2021. I had a great experience with Till. Whenever I had a question or concern, customer service was happy to assist me each time. I would still be with Till right now if I hadn't moved. This service makes paying your rent extremely stress free!
TILL DISCONTINUED
I just got an email stating that TILL will be discontinued at our property after only a month! I’m so sad since this was so convenient. Zander and Kimberly were very communicative when they took double the amount that was scheduled, took less than a week for them to refund the extra payment. It was frustrating but they didn’t dodge my calls or make paltry excuses. I hope whatever happened to cause this dissolution in services can be revisited and changed back. You all provide such a wonderful option for renters, it’s a shame to see you go.

Worse ever these people are horrible unprofessional! They’re a bad company!!! They will remove extra money from your card ! They card prosseor had a glitch so I was literally unable to make me second half of payment ! The company will close your tickets they truly don’t care

Zander is a amazing employee.
I am apologizing to Till and company for the review that I wrote on Trust Pilot a couple of days ago. I received a phone call today from a gentleman named Zander who works for Till. He ask me to explain the reason of my review.
Washington Pointe , and Till offered us renters to sign up The program gave us options on how to pay the rent ,make 1 payment or every week or every 2 weeks. We are
under a new property management called Life of Belhaven. I expressed my frustration of no communication, and lack thereof from our property manager nor Till.. Zander took the time out to listen and was very professional and polite, in trying to resolve the situation.
I would like to say Till is a great company with great Employees that will go the extra mile.
Thanks again Zander, I appreciate you whole heartedly.

If I could give a negative star I would. Horrible service, absolutely no help from anyone, only bots answer chats and emails. Open enrollment last about 12 hours, if you miss it, you are out of luck. I received the email to enroll around 10 am, by 1pm I had responded to their email with the wrong information on it (which had not been provided by me). I tried to correct it for them, by the time they responded the next day enrollment was closed and i was left out to dry. Once and only 1 time did they invite me to the enrollment. They can careless if they help you, they just want to charge you $20 for services and be left alone.

This program was a wonderful blessing for me and my family, during the pandemic I ran into some difficult economic issues and the Till program worked with me so I could continue to pay rent and keep my place. The staff was excellent to work with and I did not have any negative experience.
I even went out and placed flyers for them when they asked if I could help spread the word, to show my gratitude for the program.
I would recommend the program to anyone if it is available

The Flexible Rent option is amazing!
Till has been a godsend by offering the flexible rent payments. It can be very difficult to pay rent in a big lump sum every month. Flexible rent payments allowed me to have additional monies available for other things each month. You just don't know how much this service is appreciated!

I’m happy with the service . It really helps to be able to break up my rent through out the month . The customer service is very helpful and polite .I’m seeing some negative reviews which I don’t understand , seems like these folks need to read their contract . Very professional .
Great Solution
Glad my rental property offered this program to us, it has truly helped me especially when COVID was at its highest. Glad I made the decision to join Till program. Less stress, great payment coverage of my rent & Utilities. I highly recommend this program it helps!!

I like this company
This is my first time looking at this forum. I’m surprised at the negative reviews. They aren’t a “scam”. They are a legitimate company. Anyway. I like making smaller payments to them so I can pay my rent on time. Any staff member I’ve spoken to has been extremely helpful.

Flexible and convenient
It was easy to sign up and it helped with paying my rent on time with no late fees. I would recommend people to use it in help of rent being paid on time. It was also flexible with payment plan to cover paying your rent back

I personally found the twice monthly payments offered me a great alternative to schedule my rent and always have an ontime payment.

I’m very impressed with the system seems very helpful as far. The main reason I entered this program is because I was told that it gets reported to my credit report but I haven’t noticed that perk. But overall it’s helpful.

THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES!
First of all there IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Not only did they charge me 2x recently, but now, after making on time payments since I began using them, they randomly deactivated my account saying I didn't pay them in time for August rent payment. This is categorically FALSE and I have all the bank statements proving that I've paid till on time, EVERY TIME. so not only did they take my money, but they also did NOT pay my August 1st rent as agreed upon service. So they STOLE OVER $1200 from me AND deactivated my account under false pretences. These people are thieves and WILL be hearing from a lawyer if I don't get my money back or if my rent is not paid.
