I purchased what I believed was a once-off four-week DigestiPlan for US$12.78.

Only after my payment had been processed did I receive confirmation stating that the plan would automatically renew at US$49.95 every 28 days, with the next charge scheduled for 12 August 2026. I do not recall this recurring charge being clearly and prominently disclosed before I paid.

Immediately after purchasing, I was also presented with another “special offer” for additional guides at US$35 for four weeks, followed by US$79 every four weeks. Thankfully, I did not click the button accepting that offer.

I contacted DigestiPlan on the same day, explained that I had not knowingly intended to sign up for an ongoing subscription, and requested a refund of the US$12.78. They refused, quoting a policy requiring customers to follow the plan for 14 consecutive days and provide proof before qualifying for a refund. This completely misses the point of my complaint: I objected immediately because the automatic renewal terms were not clear to me before payment.

I have now turned off auto-renewal, and thankfully no further charges have been taken. However, I strongly advise anyone considering this plan to read every screen and every term extremely carefully before entering payment details.

Check specifically for:

Automatic renewal every 28 days
The increased renewal price
Additional recurring offers presented after purchase
The restrictive refund conditions

In my experience, what appeared to be a low-cost four-week trial turned out to be an automatically renewing subscription. I found the sales process misleading and the response to my complaint completely unsatisfactory.

The exercise section keeps saying "Couldn't load workouts'. The Home tab times out giving error 500. This has been happening for 20 minutes, since I got their email and clicked on it.

The plan was crap so I ended my subscription. Then at the end of the month, they attempted to charge my card again. I got a fraud alert. Long story short, the bank canned my card and is sending me a new one. It's my business card. I have over 30 auto pays each month and most of them will be coming in the next week. My card will be here in 10 days. How well do you think all this is going to go. These people also tried to get me to jump through 10 hoops, after this all happened, in order to can my subscription. Why? Just quit trying to charge me you con artists!

Is there a contact number

I have never used this plan and now I am paying $79.99 a month and am trying to cancel my subscription. I entered the same info it asked for a number of times. All I got was to fill out like I was starting. Is there a live person to communicate with.

Terrible conned into buying one product after payment they say it will work best if you buy item no.2 when they have that it tells you guess what to make it work properly you must buy third item! Absolute scoundrels

Bait and switch. Hard to cancel. Just got another charge after cancelling

They promised a plan for an amount about 23 euros, and they tried to charge a second amount just after. Thanks there was no amount left, no extra money lost. I sent an email to cancel my submission asking for a refund and they answered they are going check if it is eligible. I have informed the bank and they promised they are going to check this company for fraud. The worse thing is that the company under the name Digesti Plan is still being advertised in the web and collecting money from elder people

I am shocked and feel cheated. I have not subscribed for Digesti plan, but my bank account shows me that I have paid for it since March 2026.
I want to cancel my (socalled) subscription immediately: 27th of June2026. This means total stop from Digesti plantaking money from my Bank account.!!

Digesti plan is very difficult to cancel. It is not the plan I thought I had subscribed to in the first place and I have been charged unauthorised subscriptions.

I am trying to cancel my subscription, no help,no response to messages scary.

ZERO STARS BEWARE!!! Having looked on the digestiplan website for general info, I’ve now been charged 2 payments without providing my card details. Unsure how they’ve done this! Credit card Co. contacted me to alert me of unauthorised transactions.

I saw an ad for thi chia so clicked on it paid the money only to discover oits digesiplane fell for them before. Got in touch wheres the tia chia go on to you download all there
Well cant go on cause my page is blocked from last time I have been4 in touch numerous time with no answered beware the free tia chia isn't free and its not. Tŕia chia beware when paying cause it seems to be a scam

Said free 28 day plan Questionnaire and then asked for money ...did pay 10.98 but no.plan received e mail.address bounces back

Ad is for FREE PLAN but after a bunch of online questions, you have to pay for a plan and the fine print adds additional money to the plan cost

I took advantage of the £9.99 offer and how I regret it. There was no mention of a subscription. I now find they are taking £38.99 from my account. I’ve been to the bank and logged a complaint, I find now they have taken a further £38.99. I have logged a further complaint. I have emailed the company and they can’t do anything because I need to use the email I paid on. I only have one email address so they have said I need to use the correct email. The last payment was taken under another name. My bank said to be careful they may take out under a different name and that’s what they have done. I’ve emailed them numerous times asking for my money back with no response. I’m not leaving it like this. To anybody thinking of using the ad on Facebook please don’t it’s certainly a ploy to get money.

Never heard of them before today, but they’ve started taking money from my bank account. Zero contact details or phone number to call. Will be reporting as fraud.

I paid the money. 12.78 then you withdraw 35 usd with no reason i understand also i didnt expected it , i cannot afford paying such amount and you were not clear about . I need my plan for once and i need you to reembourse the amount 35 usd . I cannot pay more then your help digest plan is not needed for me as of now , also it was not clear for me that i have to pay more and for many time . Kindly to inform me how to return 35 usd and stop these payment asof now and for future . I AM SORRY ABOUT . WAITING YOUR ACTION AND SUPPORT .

I add review , you dont have the right to withdraw 35 usd , i need it back to my account if possible , i took the decision with Digesti plan for 12.78 usd only also my plan was not received . Due to our bad conditions in Lebanon i cannot afford to keep paying monthly for that plan and Help digestiplan also crossborder fee

Shocking totally misleading i thought i was signing up to a free tai cia walking absolutely rubbish
Avoid

They do NOT make it clear that you are signing up to a monthly subscription.
They make it difficult to unsubscribe, forcing you to watch a video designed to rope you in to staying.
Be careful with this website.
