No help at all.

I had high hopes for using HelpBnk, but there's actually little help there. There's a lot of scammy posts or people selling you things, and next no real genuine help.

The staff only seem to post about themselves and there's only a few people there who actually try and help and none of them are staff. I doubt very much Simon is posting, as when "he" does it just looks like data mining and he never responds to comments answering his questions.

Maybe it will get better in the future, but at the moment I think it's HelpBnk that needs the help.

They help you get started and take you step-by-step towards making it all happen for you. Don't get dicouraged along the way by the affiliate connections. You will be helped and subscriptions are being returned. This is how it goes when they are making things possible via sponsorships. And keep asking questions! They are all answered and explained. Eventually you will enjoy your ride towards making your dream happen. it is all about having faith yet doing the work! Take it all one step at a time. =D

I joined HelpBnk about a year ago with no product, no service & honestly no clear direction...just a background in tech operations..And what the community gave me was friction...in the best possible way.

The E-comm and AI Accelerators specifically forced me to stop theorising and start building...The concept of connecting people who genuinely want to help with those seeking guidance is refreshing...and along the way i found so many like minded founders & communities...and thats the kind of genuine human connections that move your thinking forward into action...

Like any open community, there have been valid concerns raised by members around spam, self promotion & people using the platform primarily to sell services...they're real and are common challenges for any growing community built on openness...what I appreciate is that the HelpBnk team has been actively asking members for feedback on how to improve the user experience...rather than heavily gatekeeping or policing the community, they seem to be taking a continuous improvement approach by listening to members, refining the platform & working to make it easier to identify genuine helpers while discouraging bad actors... :-)

It's a very great platform on learning Building apps/websites using Lovable . It's a beautiful way of helping others for free by sharing knowledge with others . Thanks to Simon Squibb , Sepher and all the team for helping us .

Helpbnk is an amazing place, built around a community that offers free help to each other. Where Helpbnk particularly excels is in the educational content which is made freely available. The 2 business Accelerators have been excellent and have covered all aspects of setting up a business from idea generation to sales and marketing - all taught by highly successful people with hands on experience and an emphasis on practicality. The current AI Accelerator is helping myself and others to develop highly sought after skills in today's fast moving world. Another aspect that I have really valued is the willingness of highly successful people to give their time and share their experiences from a practical standpoint. And regular events such as the Purpose Cafe are valuable for building that sense of community and overcoming the isolation that can sometimes be part of the entrepreneurial journey.

I am happy to highly recommend Helpbnk.

Helpbnk has been the best anchor to my year in 2026. I have dedicated hours around the programme, its been vital to have as my main focus and worth every second.

The Accelerator programmes have been a brilliant foundation of learning and an overview of all the components of forming a business, with steps of accountability and actionable insights for all participants, so that you have something tangible at the end.

The Starter Kit is a really good walk through of the fundamentals and keeps the momentum. I have grasped so much knowledge, and information about tools that I was not aware of or had not yet used to utilise for myself.

If you are looking for a vast global community of like minded people with entrepreneurial spirit with incredible steps and depth of information for your business this is the place to be! If you prioritise, commit, absorb and act on your learning you business is possible! I would recommend without hesitation!

Some people join this platform with the wrong mindset. They expect success to be handed to them for free without putting in any effort. When they realize that building a dream takes hard work, they get frustrated. Blaming a free platform for your own lack of effort is the wrong behavior.

If you show up, do your best, and stand out, this community rewards you. You can get free tools, software, and even funding. It completely changed how I look at building apps and getting investors.

Do not join HelpBnk expecting a free ride. Join to learn how real business works. Look for the steps, follow the path, and work for your dream. Simon and the team created an amazing platform. You don't have to pay, you can opt for alternatives to any tools that the platform suggests.

I'm doing the ai squads accelerator program which is a free course to learn about ai, it's helped me understand not to just type in prompts but to use Claude (which I've never used before) and discuss it first, then get Claude to write a really good prompt which lovable understands to get the best results.
absolutely love HelpBnk's involvement setting this course up which is free, and yes there's a subscription to lovable but it's not a catch to hook you in, you just have to pay for some things to get results, I hate subscription stuff but if you want it to work you have to go with it.
I had a quote to build my app of around £1m a year ago, now I'm doing it myself, or at least a good working model and so far I've used about £10 worth of credits, if you can't spend some money then you're just not serious about your project.
The ai squads course is brilliant, as a complete novice I don't understand it all, but I've learnt a lot, enough to make an app!!!!

I personally can not thank HelpBnk & Simon Squibb for everything they have done for me, i've put the hours in from the knowledge they shared with me through my starter kit.

Thanks to Simon and the HelpBnk team, i've met so many inspiring individuals like Robin Waite, Francesca Hodgson, Anthony Rose, Jojo Miracle Patience, Ricky Blair, Philip Biskop, Paul Grant, One of the best mentors David Amor who taught me ADHD is NOT a weakness but a super power and rewired my brain to work with me for the first time in my life rather than working against it.

Even my own "friends" have Ridiculed myself for trying to help them but i had it shoved back into my own face saying i've lost my mind.

Its not their fault that's how society has made them feel like this..

For the first time in my life i am quantum Aligned, have a purpose and fully focused on chasing my dream in building my business to help disadvantaged communities creating a social impact, by giving them skills that cannot be replaced by AI, Mentorship to get rid of that self limiting belief system to realise they are the driver of your life.

The change starts with you not the world. i also found a gab in the market and plan to launch two products to the market, build a Clothing brand, not only that i have made an app for ADHD Brains to focus and elevate their business.

Thanks to the help of Simon & the amazing HelpBnk community. They have shown me the skills, knowledge and links from networking with people who I know will be friends for life. I’m well on my way to bring this dream alive keep an eye out for IES AV Ltd shaking up the AV World by Storm.

I signed up with helpbnk because I saw it in one of Simon's clips LONG ago. Never really used it. Joined Sepehr's AISQUADS in June, COHORT 4 and really learned the value of helpbnk.
So much knowledge coming together here, people really making an effort in helping others to move forward. This is excellent!
I also want to mention, who ever wants to experience a mind blowing AI program with the most passionate webhost Sepehr, join the next COHORT 5 starting 8.8.2026 - magic date, only can create magic! For you! For everyone! I started from scratch, no big tech background, just good working brain and curious to learn. Go and make a difference in your life!

The whole idea of HelpBnk is awsome! It encourages people to go for their dreams and to be more open, to speak our story loud. Thats gold. Anyone can find free sources about how to get started with building dreams. I can recommend to everyone!

The helpbnk Team and Community is authentically helping and putting visibly a lot of effort in this. It helps keep going when it's tough, when one is stuck. And it helps hands-on with real-world problems any entrepreneur encounters inevitably. I've already met many generous people who genuinely give their ressources to help others being successful in building their dream life. So it is not just a claim or anything, but lived experience. I am grateful I found it a few weeks ago and are already immersed in it.

I joined helpbnk after seeing them advertise the AI-Cohort. So far having a great time learing more about vibe-coding and making sure the fundaments for building software are right.

A get-what-you-give platform. On a great AI course that I'm learning lots from. Sepehr wanted to meet Simon and crossed the Atlantic to make it happen, together they're working to transform education and offer opportunities for growth. Find the viral video. What a great vibe. Some things cost money for sure but cheerleading each other is free and what it's all about.

Helpbnk has and still is changing my life. I started doing their free Accelerators in January and it has massively impacted my life. I have now created a work with me service, a physical product and I'm currently creating an app, all through the free training and support they offer. I will be launching my business very shortly, cant' believe it. The Helpbnk community is so incredible, once you join you will never leave. Never stop doing what you're doing, the world needs this!
