Pleased with my purchases and recommended helpful downloads to others.
I have purchased several upgrades for my laptops From Helpful downloads recently. Their prices were very good and I had no issues installing them. I have also recommended them to several of my employees to upgrade their computers.

Exceptional Customer Service plus
Assistant went above and beyond to help me; he was patient and knowledgeable. I wrote something in my review and agent called to assist me. Silly me lost my email with download links and instructions and was amazed person at Helpful Downloads followed up. How great is that! Package looks good so far; I'm a Microsoft user since the beginning so delighted to have the software and not pay hundreds. Thanks so much.
