I was in a worrisome situation
I was in a worrisome situation, being forced to move and not finding as good a deal as the home I was in. The phone reps eased my mind and even though I am worried about high interest loans like this from a past experience everything discussed seemed doable and allowed me to move I to my new home.

I refused to complete the loan process…
I refused to complete the loan process when they told me that the interest rate was 600%. This company is looking for idiots. In addition, they try to get your banking information prior to you being approved which is a red flag..
I refuse to complete the application process once I saw the tactics in which they used to get people to sign up for a loan. The loan in itself is not worth it if you end up spending quadruple what they offered the loan for. for anyone interested you are better off, building your credit and applying with a viable bank for better terms and a better interest rate.

This company is awful!!
This company is awful!!! I had applied for a $950 loan and was told Id pay $24 per $100 which is still high. After getting approved I had logged into my account and it showed I would owe over $4000!!!! that is absolutely insane. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

I borrowed $875 in April and so far I have paid back $2,935.68. I get a text message today telling me I still owe over $600. Please explain to me how you are helping people out when you are asking for well over 200% of what I borrow back. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Helpful lending was initially very…
Helpful lending was initially very helpful and I got to a point that I was able to borrow some money and I wanted to pay this loan off . I called for a payout amount , paid over the phone what I was told . Then a week later I get a call saying I owe them another$1000 dollars.
I explained to them that I called last week , was provided the payout amt and I paid in full . They continue to call me all hours of the day . I also asked for a statement to be sent to my email and I never received it . They continue to call me and I’m not sure what to do . I paid the full amount I was informed via the phone call .

Went online for a loan and Helpful lending was the first to respond...when they see your credit score they immediately jump on your response and offer you the loan..I took out a loan for $1.500 and payed the $161 to approve the loan ..2 weeks later they withdrew $618 Dollars out of my account 😒 I immediately put a stop payment on the transaction..Few minutes later Helpful lending call to say the payment didn't go through i explain $618 was outrageous for a $1,500 Dollar a month ..I agree to pay a monthly amount of $150 and there response was sorry you agree to our terms ...I said not for $618 a month? So I ended the conversation with please take me to court we can settle this with the judge ...
FYI: HELPFUL LENDING DONT RESPOND WITH THE SAME BULLSHIT YOU TELL EVERYONE ELSE...YOU KNOW YOU ARE MISLEADING THE CONSUMERS
