Regarding the difference in loan amounts, your first loan was approved under a special promotion we were offering at the time for first-time customers. Keep in mind that returning customers may qualify for larger amounts through our Rewards Program, each loan request is still subject to review and based on several factors, including eligibility at the time of application.
