Reliable and trustworthy
This is my first time working with this company and its employees. I am so impressed with the information and knowledge I have gained in just talking to each of them I have come in contact with. My onboarding was so informative and relaxed. Alexamae was delightful, pleasant and very professional. She explained each section of the process with me and reassured me that they were one phone call away if I needed anything explained. They were right there to gently remind me of all the documents needed for me to get the program up and working for me. I am excited to see the out come from this new relationship with people who I can truly say are apart of my community and friends.

I was skeptical, but after ONLY (1) 35 day cycle, all three scores went up! The “smaller” increases were 49 points and 53 points!! The one that really surprised me was 107 points, IN ONLY 35 DAYS !!!!! Thank you. I wish I would have done this a long time ago. Just in case you’re wondering…I am a REAL customer. Anyone that needs to repair their credit, THIS IS REAL!!

Darius here and I had a wonderful experience with the onboarding process at Helping Hands Financials, and I want to give special recognition to Thais and Alexamae, the onboarding manager, for their professionalism, patience, and assistance throughout the process.
Thais and Alexamae did an excellent job ensuring that all of my important documents, including my proof of address, Social Security number (SSN), driver's license, and Authorization Letter, were properly submitted to the Dispute Department. Their attention to detail and commitment to making sure everything was sent correctly gave me peace of mind and showed me that they take their responsibilities seriously.
During my onboarding meeting, Alexamae took the time to walk me through the necessary steps, explain the game plan, and provide a clear understanding of what to expect moving forward. I truly appreciated the transparency, organization, and guidance she provided. The itinerary was well-structured and easy to follow, which helped me better understand the process and feel prepared for the next stages. Having a clear plan in place makes a big difference, and I appreciate how Helping Hands Financials has organized everything to keep me informed and on track.
I am also excited to meet with my Success Manager, Katrina, once my appointment is scheduled. I look forward to connecting with her, learning more about the next steps, and continuing this journey with the support of the team to get me to a 700+ credit score!
