The response to my question to the customer support was exactly the solution for my problem.

I had a few intermittent problems with using the program, each time I contacted support they came through with suggestions and a genuine helpful attitude. As for now I have put the program through some pretty serious testing and can say that I am fully satisfied.

Just tried for the 1st time today & impressed. The copy & paste command works great for copying files to & from remote computer. I will try again. Used it for 5 hours straight today & no glitches!

It is a very user-friendly tool. No fuss. I use the free version for most of my IT work and it is a breeze.

I use it mostly to manage my mom's Computer who lives abroad, as well as professionally with the rest of my family and friends.
It is great for business, simple, and reliable. It doesn't time out which is a great feature.

I had a technical issue with connections to clients. I opened a ticket and I had a very fast and transparent communication for solving this problem.

With the latest app updates this app is amazing for driving legacy 16bit (even MS-DOS) apps running on older Windows hardware. Very useful to buy extra time for app migration strategies. I discovered that the following options make all the difference to having a great user experience: 1) for16bit & MS-DOS apps - Grant Admin Access, 2) Settings ... Prioritize Fast Connection, 3) Settings ... play with Screen Height/Width options 4) Disable Chat window if not needed.

Absolute headache of an app, crashes without notice and, who would ever think it would be a good idea to have someone download a new exe for each connection?
