I am very, very happy with this company's ethics and service! They are the real deal and 100% secure. I ordered an item from Hemprove and because of something beyond thier control I did not get it in time. However the company director Mr Hughes is such a gentleman that as a compansation instead of just sending me what I ordered he has sent me an item that cost almost twice at no extra cost. Thank you Mr. Hughes and keep up your excellent business ethics.

I actually ended up reporting this website to Action Fraud because I thought it was a scam. Payment was taken immediately but my product didn’t arrive for three weeks, I didn’t get a confirmation email for my order and then the customer service response I got from attempts to contact them was so bad that I thought it must be a scam and reported them. My product has now arrived but I won’t be using them again!

Products received are past their use by date and packaging looked like it had been wet at some point.

This is the first, last, and only time I will buy from here!
