My first and only experience was poor.

-holster is flimsy
-poor retention
-you have to fight the holster to seat the firearm (which is dangerous when loaded)

Customer service responded after regular service hours without an apology or troubleshooting ideas, instead gave me an address to ship the holster to and that l’m responsible for shipping both ways as they also don’t refund the initial shipping cost. When I brought up the lack of care or responsibility, they suggested that they are incapable of providing suitable customer service when responding after business hours…

Save yourself the irritation and shipping both ways and go with a more reputable company that cares about it’s products and customers.

This company is excellent. I’ve been able to contact them about questions concerning some of the products that I ordered from them and at all times, they provided not only quick service but videos explaining the setup for those products without even being asked, I’ve worked with Justin and he did an excellent job. Kudos to a company that gets it and provides such great service.

I love the Enigma system so much, that I bought a second one for another pistol! Great products! Happy customer!

I can honestly say I’m beyond satisfied with the customer service at Henry Holsters. From pre-sale questions to post-purchase support, the experience has been outstanding. Justin even took the time to create a custom video to answer my questions, which truly went above and beyond.
I purchased the Enigma holster for my VP9, and it’s incredibly comfortable. They walked me through how to properly dial it in and have continued to offer support ever since. The level of personalized customer service is genuinely impressive, and Justin is the best.
Coming from a double-action/single-action background, I had concerns about appendix carrying the VP9. After speaking with Justin—and cutting through a lot of conflicting information online—it was clear how knowledgeable he is. As he told me, no one has ever won a fight by rushing to reholster. On top of that, the holster itself is exceptionally well made and high quality.

Excellent holster

Works just liked I hoped it would. Not sure why it's not like this OEM, but this simple little adapter did the trick.

Super fast shipping and a great price. I attached a DCC clip to the adapter and clip it to the back of my shorts and this prevents the Enigma Sport Belt from riding up in the back.

review: The pre arrival was pretty great. Have never received a photo of what I was to get ahead of time. and that really helps clarify my order, and thats exactly what came. The instructions and build of the holster are great. I got the small size “pad” and it really helps a lot, I did not know what to expect there. I have the Tier1 appendix with mag holder, which, even with the P365XL,(has a light and dot on it), is a bit bulky.. but to be fair, it’s holds the mag too.. I still like that one for certain applications, but ordered a separate mag carrier to distribute around my waist to work with this EMBER model, at like 9-10 o’clock.. so will try this. Smaller package (than my old one) and the build looks and feels great. I’d suggest trying the small pad, it really helps. The retention is excellent and so far I love it.

Perfect experience. I was having trouble finding the right holster for my light and luckily found Henry Holsters on YouTube. They not only filled the order incredibly fast, but the videos explaining everything I needed to know for adjustments and the included instructions were amazing!
